Empowered Meditations and Ceremony with Maria Brophy

This is a 5 minute guided Minditation (a Minditation is Maria Brophy's term for her combined mind-work with meditation practice) Here we will take you on a discovery session to find gratitude in everyday things.

When we focus our attention on all the simple pleasures in life, those things we are grateful for, we magnetize more good things to us.

Enjoy this little exercise in gratitude, and if you can, do it every morning when you first wake up. It will make your days sweeter!

This is a 15 minute guided meditation where I take you on a journey to the River of Truth. There, you will discover who you really are. First, you will let go of all the expectations and labels that others have given you. Then, you will allow the river to wash away the false limitations you have given yourself. Next, you will be given a message that tells you who you really are.

Big Belly Breath - A less than Five Minute GENTLE, GUIDED BREATH WORK FOR CHILDREN and ADULTS!  We are going to do a Big Belly Breath exercise that you can do anytime you want to feel very calm and peaceful.

Note to adult: This guided breath will help a child get into a calm state. It puts them into their bodies and gives them a practice they can do anytime, if they feel the need to calm themselves.

3 - WHAT is your dominant intention for today?

Write: "My dominant intention for today is to ___________________"

4 - The first thing I will do today is: _______________________

(This is the first step toward your dominant intention)
