In this episode, we explore how body image affects exercise and how exercise can affect body image. We talk about setting goals that are not based on our appearance, but rather our performance. We talk about finding exercise that we enjoy rather than picking a form of exercise that we don't enjoy.

In this episode, I'm interviewing my daughter about her opinions on exercise and physical activity. We talk about finding activities that you enjoy and whether or not people should feel forced to exercise if they really don't want to. She talks about cheerleading and how the overcompetitive vibe stole the fun out of it and led her to quit. She suggests that we should treat everyone like friends, even leaves.
