Dear Empowered Wayers:
This week is a short share, because my daughter just got married!
I am still feeling all the emotions from the wedding, but today, another one took center stage. And it surprised me.
Please take a moment and listen.
Then remember when you have felt strong emotions because Life threw you a curve.
* How did you handle it?
* What tips can you share?
* Did you learn from the experience?
Major life events can be hard, difficult, and exhilarating. It’s all about how you acknowledge your feelings and whether you accept the new situation. When you resist, the negative emotions will persist.
I would love to hear your thoughts :-)
All the best,
Kathryn
Hello Empowered Wayers!
There is a shift in the world that is especially powerful for women.
We have survived by relying on masculine energy. When we are goal-driven, outer-focused, and linear in our thinking, masculine energy is the dominant force. It’s necessary for survival in a world with constant threats and obstacles.
Think of climbing a mountain. You plan, strategize, and implement the plan that carries the highest possibility of success. When you reach the summit, your fulfillment comes from the outward achievement. And then, you descend and look for your next mountain experience.
That is masculine energy at work.
But there is another powerful type of energy that women have forgotten. It’s the flow of feminine energy from their connection within.
Feminine Energy is like a river of rushing water. It flows around obstacles, merges with other rivers, and constantly moves with power, carving out new pathways. When you surrender to this energy, there is no straight line and control is not possible. Instead, you trust that you will have the resources you need as you need them.
It’s the difference between controlling the journey or flowing with the river.
The Power Struggle Women Face
Instead of achievement and success measured by numbers, women are called to awaken to their inner power. Instead of surviving the day, women are called to become more. Instead of feeling shame, guilt, and inadequate, women are called to step into their destiny.
The power struggle we feel in ourselves is to balance the drive of masculine energy with the creative flow of feminine energy. The blending of these two essential energies creates the beautiful result of self-actualization.
When women are too immersed in masculine energy, it can cost you connection with yourself and your higher power. When women are too embodied with feminine energy, we can lose access to power, because our inner lives have become our entire world.
Too much of one or the other doesn’t move us forward. it’s the blending of both energies that moves us forward.
Money is a Fertile Area of Struggle
The power struggle for women is especially dynamic in her relationship to money and wealth.
When women treat money from a masculine energy perspective, it doesn’t feel natural. There is always an element of mystery or confusion that men don’t seem to experience. That may be because the financial system is masculine oriented. It’s linear, goal-driven, and strategic. Women who succeed with money tend to rely on masculine qualities to the detriment of their feminine power.
* She may be successful in terms of the world, but there is still a yearning for something else.
* She may be happy to share her wealth, but the meaning is lost because she is disconnected from her inner source.
* She may be afraid that is she loses the money, she is no longer valuable or important.
At some point, she hits the proverbial wall. The cost of success is the loss of her inner connection to a higher power. She may face a health crisis or the end of a relationship. She may look in the mirror and not recognize herself. She may wonder about the place that the planning, effort, and striving brought her to, and not know herself.
When your relationship to yourself is the sacrifice of success, it’s not worth it.
What is the Answer for Women to Thrive?
Connection and relationship are key components for women to navigate a world dominated by masculine power structures.
The dance of creation begins when a woman turns inward and connects to something greater than herself. I called that energy Divine Love, but you may call it whatever you like. The important aspect is the connection to a knowing that you are:
* worthy for being alive - there is no need to prove it;
* loved for who you are - not what for you do;
* healed of your mistakes - for those are the areas of your greatest growth.
As you turn inward and strengthen your connection to Source, everything shifts from outer cause to inner knowing. Intuition and wisdom become available as you move through the world. Your work becomes your calling and you begin to grow toward your destiny.
Your empowerment comes from your higher Source, not from the achievements of your efforts. As you move in the world, you know you are safe, loved, and seen, no matter what happens. The freedom to show up as your authentic self allows for the dance of creation, because you are no longer manipulating or controlling the outcome.
That’s why it’s called “Empowered Way.”
You live and create from your inner knowing and discover how to show up authentically in the outer world. Your feminine energy is used to connect and relate to your Source, and your masculine energy is harnessed to build, execute, and implement in the physical world of time and space.
Balanced creation is your natural state.

To your prosperity,

Hello Empowered Wayers!
Like most writers, I was an avid reader growing up.
I used to escape to my hidden hideout to read the next Hardy Boys or Nancy Drew adventure. My secret place was about 10 feet off the ground, in the nook of two branches of the old oak tree in our back yard.
It was my spot — the launching pad of imagination, mystery, and transformation.
That small place became my magic carpet to sacred places (“The Secret Garden”), historical events (“Johnny Tremain”), and beautiful friendships (“My Friend Flicka”).
But it wasn’t until I began writing my own stories that my joy was fulfilled.
Learning to write, not make it right
I never took a creative or fiction writing class. I have been published many times, but when I decided to write fiction, I wanted to control the process.
Little did I know what I didn’t know.
Plot, characters, settings, and dialogue were just a few of the elements I taught myself. The hardest part was identifying the internal and external conflicts that carried the story, forcing the main characters to make difficult decisions, and resolving their struggles in a way that was satisfying.
What I discovered through many drafts is that:
The conflict at the heart of the story is the seed that grows the characters and plot.
I have written diverse stories, but they all have one thing in common. The conflict at the heart of the story sits at the intersection of spirituality, psychology, and energy.
When I trust my inner, intuitive voice as I move through the process of creating new worlds (and people), the words flow from my fingers to the screen. My joy is complete when I have en-joyed a great day of writing and I am excited about the next stage of the story.
When my mind gets in the way, judging and criticizing my work, things fall apart. Inspiration leaves and I want to dump the entire mess into the trash.
But fortunately, something kept me going. Was I trying to resolve the same conflict that my characters face? Or do I enjoy the act of creating?
It could be as Ann Patchett noted,
Writing is a job, a talent, but it’s also the place to go in your head. It is the imaginary friend you drink your tea with in the afternoon.
My hope is that you enjoy the stories I create. My joy comes from hearing how you see the world a bit differently than before you read them.
Meet some of my friends
Very quickly, I would like to highlight three of my books you might find interesting.
I wrote a story about a family who struggled with a dark secret. The mother was at war with herself and the family was falling apart until she learned the value of forgiveness, compassion, and grace. Heart Dancing* is how we are meant to live.
When you live with a dog, you know that they live in the moment, they don’t hold grudges, and they love with their entire being (tail included). Since these are lessons we could all use, I wrote a book about a dog who shares the secrets about why dogs are so happy. It may be time for you to Drop the Leash*.
My latest book is about the spiritual side of money. I began to imagine what a Money Tree* would tell me if I started asking questions. As I wrote this book, the answers I shared were also the ones I needed to hear (funny how that works).
The common theme in my books is the realization that we are made of the same energy - Love. When you allow fear to control your thoughts, Love moves to the background. She is still there, but you have used your free will to choose to see something other than Love.
That choice - between fear or Love — is the conflict every person must resolve to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
You are the Hero of Your Story
You are here for a reason. Even if you have no clue what it is, tell your story in a way that focuses on your growth and transformation, not your mistakes and regrets.
Love is always present but you have to ask her to dance with you in time and space.
The dance can happen in any moment, at any time. It doesn’t matter what mistakes you have made or who you have hurt.
Forgive, bless, and release. Then ask Love to dance with you.
Love will never refuse. She is your willing partner. Ask and receive her grace.
Your story will transform from a drama to a love story.
Blessings,
Kathryn
P. S. I mentioned about my new book, “How to Become a Soulcialist.” Stay tuned for more information about it and when it becomes available!

Hello Empowered Wayers -
Money is the cause of pain, suffering, angst, and anger. But is it really Money’s fault?
From earliest childhood, you were trained to see money as something outside of you — a goal to reach so you could have what you want.
* “Do all your chores and you will receive your allowance.”
* “We can’t afford that — it’s too expensive.”
* “Why can’t we go on vacation like my best friend?”
From young adulthood, you were encouraged to get a job, so you could pay for your own lifestyle. You probably defined yourself and your worth based on how much you made. I fell into that trap too. I left a job I loved because of the low pay.
The Myth of Money is that it exists outside of you. You have to bend yourself into a pretzel to have money come to you, and even then, it can seem like a wary animal that doesn’t trust you.
There is another way to be with Money.
Money Responds to Your Energy
When you step back from the messages from our consumer culture, Money is very simple to understand.
Money is energy that responds to your energy.
It took me many years to finally accept this statement. I believed the Myth of Money for decades and had a miserable relationship with it. The more angry and frustrated I became, the less money I received. I never knew it all started with me until I read the book, “It’s Not Your Money,” by Tosha Silver.
Instead of grasping and chasing money, Silver teaches that money is energy that comes from Divine Love. As you allow yourself to be open and receive this beautiful energy, it flows through your experience. Because you have opened the flow, you are free to give with ease and grace.
* Your release of the grip on money allows it to flow.
* Your offering it back to Divine Love encourages the flow.
* Your openness to receive allows the flow to continue.
Step out of the Myth of Money and into the flow of abundance.
Have you ever wanted to talk to a Money Tree?
During quarantine in 2020, it was painful to watch people’s lives being upended. The flow of money stopped for many and anxiety skyrocketed.
To help ease the pain and provide a different perspective, I asked myself, “What would a Money Tree tell us right now?” The answers I received became the book, “The Money Tree: Transform Scarcity Thinking to Empowered Wealth Consciousness.”
One woman told me, “I read it in one sitting — I couldn’t put it down! Thank you for writing this book!”
Another shared, “I have been waiting for a story that explains the Law of Attraction in a new way. I fell in love with Flow — are you going to write another book?”
Flow, the Money Tree, shares a new way to be with money. Your awareness of money’s energy, combined with knowing you are loved opens the way for an elevated relationship with money.
Let’s flip the Myth of Money out the window and live from abundance instead.
To your prosperity,
Kathryn
Hello Empowered Wayers!
When I wrote The Money Tree, my goal was to reveal the spiritual side of money and wealth. I wrote the story as a parable, because the lessons embedded in the story apply to anyone who struggles with money.
My hope is that as you read about Camille, the young woman who is trapped by her anxiety and worries, you may see yourself in her journey. As Camille slowly learns how to forgive and release the past and reconnect to the constant source of love inside, her deeper wounds are healed.
It’s almost as if you become the alchemist using an ancient formula of energetic transformation.
Rumi,Camille’s dog
In today’s podcast, I read the part where Flow, the Money Tree, first meets Rumi, Camille’s dog. I always include dogs in my stories, because I find them to be more aware of happiness in the present moment than I am. I named this dog after the 12th Century poet, philosopher, and scholar, because his words still hold truth for us today.
There are several Rumi quotes in the book, but my favorite is:
Live life as if everything is rigged in your favor. - Rumi
Imagine what your life would look like if you believed this statement?
* What are you called to do that your mind and ego argue against?
* Who are you becoming in this moment?
* Where do you play small when your heart wants you to play big?
These are just some of the questions to ask yourself. Spend some time alone with a journal and pen, and allow the answers to flow. Use your breath to stay present. When your mind chimes in with judgment and criticism, allow those thoughts to flow past.
You are here to do sacred work. Money is part of that journey.
The Takeaway
Money touches everyone. Money is neutral energy that adapts to your energy. Why not see money as a tool that you use to create your dream life?
Read The Money Tree. Take notes and highlight the text that resonates with you. There is a free, online course included that shows you another way to be with money.
To your prosperity,
Kathryn
P.S. Amazon reviews are the best way to pay me. I am blessed to have so many enthusiastic readers share their reactions to Flow. For example:
Don’t let the joy and ease of this read fool you, this tale packs a punch! It’s a veritable powerhouse of deeply moving ideas and profoundly useful tools. The money tree is a story that seems so simple on the surface, but if you let it, it will show you the deepest currents of money energy, beingness and living in abundance! Kudos, Kathryn!!
Hello Empowered Wayers -
Travel is my magical elixir, the space I step into to awaken awareness and experience transformation.
The change in scenery, culture, and energy awakens new awareness in me. The stories I tell myself about my past, the mistakes I made, and who I am now do not survive when I travel. Instead, I find myself being challenged to do the simple things, like ordering lunch in a language I do not speak.
Embracing the challenge of surviving, I thrive.
Accepting the energy and tone of different cultures and values, I expand.
Acknowledging the common thread of humanity, I come home to my Self.
My recent trip to Scotland sparked a new awareness of how we live on the Earth.
The Standing Stones of Scotland
As I walked up the hill, the noise of the cars on the highway slowly faded. The landscape opened as I climbed higher, revealing new vistas with each step. The climb provided a transitional moment from the outer world to the inner.
When I first saw the circle of stones on the flat meadow, the ancient energies welcomed me. I paused in reverence and awe of this place that held sacred worship celebrations for 3,000 years.
My mind began to churn questions as my spirit awakened.
* Who were these people who moved stones weighing several tons to the top of this hillside?
* Why did they arrange the stones in a circle?
* Why was the large stone placed on its side with two vertical stones framing it?
I took a deep breath to calm myself and set the questions aside. This place called for worship and gratitude, not analysis and logic.
I slowly walked around the outer edge of the circle of stones, touching each one in gratitude. As I was about to complete the circle near the horizontal stone, I noticed several smaller stones set in the pattern of a cross. I walked over to this place and knew what I was meant to do.
I laid in the grass, between the stones, arms outstretched. The ground was hard and uneven and the stillness of this place seeped into my soul. As I lay there, surrendering to the ancient rhythms of worship, something happened.
I felt the earth move. Literally. It moved beneath me, welcoming me home.
I was immersed in all encompassing peace and joy. Time no longer existed as my small identity disappeared. I was no longer “I” or “me.” Instead, Love flooded my being.
I felt lasted for only a few seconds. The energy that poured through my body was too much, too fast, and my mind kicked into action.
“Someone may see you,” it cried. “This is too weird,” it mumbled.
I sighed at the interruption and tried to slip back into the reverence, but I lost the connection. Is this my lot in life - to discover a portal to God only to shrink back to the narrow perception of my body?
The Takeaway
I carry those few seconds in complete surrender to God with me as I move throughout my day. I wonder how I can return to that moment of knowing I came from love and was love in this bodily form.
And then I realized this: when I live from my mind and ego, the world shrinks to my narrow view. As I open my heart to be the leader and guide, the earth moves to the ancient rhythms of adoration, worship, and love.
We live on a small planet, spinning on its axis as it travels through space around the sun. The pain and sorrows of life do not survive when you connect to the larger view. At the end of the day, you decide if you remain locked in the prison of your mind, or do you allow your heart and soul to be seen.
Travel reveals many secrets to those who are open to receive. What travel stories do you have that reveal more about life on earth?
Blessings,
Kathryn
Hello Dear Ones:
I have been traveling for the last several weeks. As I re-enter my normal reality, I am amused at myself. I have moved through time and space for thousands of miles, only to return home and find that I have changed.
“The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.” -Anonymous
Travel is my way to experience a book of adventures, one step and passport stamp at a time. I turned the pages of my life’s book three different ways.
My Insecurities and Fears Are My Travel Companions
I brought all of my insecurities with me. The bag they were in was not weighed or gate-checked, but they were always present, waiting to catch me in an unguarded moment.
* Feeling awkward when ordering food, using hand gestures and pointing instead of speaking French;
* Eating alone in a busy restaurant when everyone else has a companion;
* Feeling frustrated when my expectations weren’t met and behaving like the caricature of the “Ugly American.”
The pull of adventure and new experiences was offset by my insecurities. Finally, I decided that I was here to learn, grow, and become more of myself. Magically, the insecurities that kept me in the AirBnB instead of eating out faded away.
The release of my fears allowed me to experience the place, culture, and people.
My Energy Influences Those Around Me
Walking up to the hostess at Cafe Bleu, located in front of Chartres Cathedral, I took a deep breath and asked, “Parlez-vous anglais?”
She looked at me and shook her head, holding up a menu and leading me to a table for two. I felt irritation rise up in me but then took a deep breath and said to myself, “I am you. You are me. We are One. All is well.” This is my go-to mantra to calm myself and it always works.
My energy shifted by the time the young server asked if I wanted something to drink. I smiled at her and asked gently, “Parlez-vous anglais?”
She shook her head and I nodded. Even though I knew she didn’t understand me, I looked her in the eyes and said, “We’ll have fun getting through this together.”
She smiled and I asked for a glass of “vin de blanc.”
It became a game of communication, which we both enjoyed. By the end of the meal, she was laughing and relaxed. I gave her a tip and another smile.
As I walked away, humming to myself, I knew I had just proven an important principle:
Everything is energy.
Energy is the Universal language of humanity.
Change your energy to love and unity and those around you will feel it.
Embrace the Journey, Not the Destination
My journey from Glasgow, Scotland to Paris and Chartres, France contained many opportunities for delays, lost bags, and missed connections. Instead of focusing on what could happen, I envisioned how I wanted it to unfold.
I have several affirmations I use when traveling. When I am upset or frustrated, these affirmations remind me to release control and move with the flow.
* “I travel from one destination to another with grace and ease.”
* “My day is full of gratitude and abundance.”
* “I have all the resources I need.”
Many times during the travel day from Scotland to France, I asked my “travel angels” for guidance. For example, I had fifteen minutes to catch the train from Paris to Chartres. I arrived at Gare Montparnasse and entered the building a bit anxious to make the connection.
The atmosphere inside the train station was chaotic and urgent. People were moving quickly in all directions, trying to make their train. The signs were not clear to me and I had no idea which way to go.
Time to call on my travel angels. I found a quiet spot away from the chaos and asked them to guide me in the right direction. After several heartbeats, I knew which way to go. Up the escalators to my right and down the corridor.
As I sat on the train, I thanked my travel angels for their guidance.
The Takeaways
Step away from your daily routine and go see the world. It’s a beautiful place and you will discover more layers of yourself and how you see the world.
* When you embrace your insecurities and move forward anyway, they fade.
* When you intentionally set your energy, people respond. Energy is a universal language of humanity.
* When you don’t allow the external world to dictate your experience, you return to your creative power.
The Book of your Life isn’t complete until you have experienced the adventure of travel. Pull out your passport, book your plane and hotels, and go see the world. The stories you tell of your travels are part of the Book of Life.
“Of all the books in the world. The best stories are found between the pages of a passport.” - Anonymous

Dearest Empowered Wayers:
When you define “wealth” as what you possess, own, or your bank balance, you have confined yourself to poverty thinking.
The word “wealth” comes from the Old English word, “weal,” which means well-being. The concept of wealth in today’s world has narrowed from an expansive state of wholeness to a limiting lens of acquisition and possession. The result is poverty thinking, which creates more of the same.
It’s a self-made vortex that can only be escaped by stepping into wealth consciousness.
What is Wealth Consciousness?
The definition of wealth as well-being is the basis for wealth consciousness.
Well-being encompasses all aspects of your life – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Psychologists define well-being as “the experience of health, happiness, and prosperity.” When you are happy and healthy, when you have a sense of meaning or purpose, and you are in good mental health, all aspects of your life are balanced.
But how does well-being apply to money and wealth?
Simple Step #1: Everything is energy, including money and wealth.
Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. – Albert Einstein
Scientists have proven that what we perceive as physical matter is just energy. When they explored what makes up an atom, they found protons, neutrons, and electrons. As they continued to explore, they discovered that at the fundamental core of an atom, there was nothing physical – instead, it was energy.
Why is that important?
Human beings are made of atoms, which at their core, is energy. Whatever we perceive as physical matter is also energy, including money and wealth. Our energy interacts with the energy around us, whether we are aware of it or not.
Your thoughts are also energy. What you think about tend to expand or limit your perception of reality. When you constantly criticize your money decisions, for example, your thinking is not focused on possibilities or opportunities; instead, your mind looks for evidence on the outside to support your thoughts.
The key to wealth consciousness is to become aware of how your energy and thoughts are interacting with the energetic world around you.
Simple Step #2: Events are neutral, until you respond or react from your state of being.
There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so. – Shakespeare
A glass falls and shatters on the floor, spilling water and creating a mess.
How do you react to this event if you’re having a bad day? You might get upset, cry or just walk away, because you can’t handle one more thing. If you’re having a great day, you might laugh at yourself, say something about being clumsy, or just clean it up so you can move to the next thing.
No matter what your reaction, the event of the glass falling, shattering, and spilling water is neutral. It doesn’t have meaning until you react or respond to it. And your reaction or response comes from your state of being in that moment.
Your state of being is your energetic lens through which you perceive the world.
Simple Step #3: Poverty thinking and wealth are both states of being.
Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This isn’t philosophy. This is physics. – Albert Einstein
Everything is energy, remember? That means that your state of being is also energy, interacting with the energy of the world around you. Your energetic beingness influences how you experience the world.
It’s your choice to be in poverty thinking or wealth consciousness.
Poverty thinking is a choice to see the world as fearful, limiting, and empty of possibilities. If you could listen to a person thinking limiting thoughts, it might sound something like this:
* The economy is terrible. I will never find a job.
* I won’t ever make enough money to live the life I want.
* I think I’ll go buy a lottery ticket.
Guess what happens when you are in poverty thinking? You see the world through that lens and you miss all of the opportunities around you. That “help wanted” sign on the door of a business isn’t noticed because you are thinking about your bills or worried about your job.
Wealth Consciousness is an energetic state of being that interacts with the world.
Wealth means “well-being” and the “beingness” is the energetic component. If you could listen to a person thinking wealth thoughts, it might sound like this:
* My wealth starts with me. I am grateful for my life, my family, and myself.
* I am so grateful for COVID, because I found a new way to make a living.
* Today is a perfect day to volunteer at the food pantry.
When you are aware of your wealth in all areas of your life, your mind is open to see abundance and possibilities that surround you. It’s as if you have taken off the blinders of scarcity thinking and now you can interact with the world from a place of empowerment.
Move from Poverty Thinking to Empowerment
When you remember that everything is energy, including you, your thoughts, and your state of being in every moment, you don’t take offense at the slightest thing. When you feel triggered by an event, ask yourself, “What can I learn from this?” Then say “thank you.”
Be aware of your energetic state of being in every moment and move from survival, poverty thinking to expanded wealth consciousness.
Thank you for listening and reading Empowered Way. Together, we can change our relationship to money and wealth, and show others how to step into their own Wealth Consciousness.
To your prosperity,
Kathryn
P. S. These ideas and more are taught by Flow, the Money Tree, in her new book, “The Money Tree: Transform Scarcity Thinking to Empowered Wealth Consciousness” on Amazon.
Hello Dearest -
In my last newsletter, I showed you the difference between masculine and feminine energy related to money and wealth. It’s important to know which energy you are in, because you may be creating something you don’t want.
Awareness leads you to make a difference choice in the moment.
We have been trained to follow the formula of Do - Have - Be, which has created competition, wealth gaps, and poverty thinking.
There is another way. Everyone has the power to use it. It’s the secret of abundance.
I call it the Empowered Way Creation Formula.
The first step isn’t masculine energy
Masculine (linear, goal-driven) energy is the outward, action energy. It’s measurable, quantitative, and outward focused. We need masculine energy to get things done and to move forward. I call it the “doing” energy.
But if the only energy you use to create wealth and abundance is “doing” energy, you may find yourself:
* feeling unworthy and judgemental;
* wondering if you were ever meant to have money;
* experiencing shame and guilt;
When you start with “doing” energy, that means you don’t have what you seek. It places being at the end of the steps, connecting your value to the results. Happiness, abundance, or security is only achieved at the end of the process.
We have placed the doing energy first and forgotten that it isn’t the first step in the Empowered Way Creation Formula.
What is the Empowered Way Creation Formula?
There are several key concepts that support the Empowered Way Formula:
* Everything is energy, including your thoughts;
* Your dominant thoughts create your reality;
* You are free to change your thoughts at any time;
These concepts may seem too far-fetched to be true. I respect your hesitancy to go down the rabbit hole of thinking this way. Please keep your mind open for a few more moments.
Assume that your thoughts create your reality. Remember a time when you felt good about your finances and you expected more wonderful things to happen to you. Didn’t you discover that even when a negative event occurred, you knew it would be okay?
Turn it around and remember when you felt negative and fearful about money (It may be right now). Don’t you find yourself looking for more ways to prove that you’re in trouble?
The point of these scenarios is to raise your awareness of what’s behind the curtain of your reality. That’s right — your thoughts. As you think, so shall you be. As you notice it showing up in your physical world, you continue to think the same thoughts.
It’s a never-ending cycle of negative or positive energy.
Remember, you can’t create from the same energy that is keeping you stuck. But you can change the energy from negative and limiting to positive and expansive. That’s why you have to dive into the first step of the Empowered Way Formula.
The first step: Being comes before doing
The world wants us to live as humans, but we are designed to live as beings. Instead of human beings, why not step into being human?
Think of being as your energy signature. Being starts from your inner world and moves through your consciousness to the physical world of time and space. Intentionally setting your being energy is an inside job. It can’t be measured or quantified, but it is fluid, flowing and connected to something greater than you.
You could almost say that being is feminine energy.
It’s difficult to explain in words, but you know it when you experience it. Being energy can be positive or negative, active or passive. The key thing to remember is that you decide your energy signature — your state of being.
Examples of being include:
* fear, doubt, anxiety
* love, joy, compassion
Remember that we live in a dualistic world of opposites. Fear is an energetic state of being, just like it’s opposite, love. The being state that you choose (remember you are at choice in every moment), held consistently and persistently, will eventually show up in your outer world.
The pollution of the planet is only an outward reflection of an inner psychic pollution: millions of unconscious individuals not taking responsibility for their inner space. -Eckhart Tolle
What would your world look like if you took responsibility for your inner space? When you start making better choices about your beingness (love instead of fear), the ripple effects are infinite.
I can’t persuade you. The only thing I can do is show you a different way to live.
Start with an elevated being energy and know that you are it. Allow the energy to move through you and listen for the next step. As you breathe in the higher energy (love, compassion, gratitude), the step of “doing” will make itself known. Because you are already being what you desired, whatever you receive will feel like a miracle!
Thank you for reading to the end of this rather long newsletter. I am passionate about showing you that you can be abundant this moment.
To your prosperity,
Kathryn
