Today I am sharing with you my #1 Tool to release past hurts, traumas, resentments and embody forgiveness which is called the Ho'oponopono prayer (also known as blessing or intention). 

Ho'oponopono prayer: I LOVE YOU. I AM SORRY. PLEASE FORGIVE ME. THANK YOU 

This prayer BEYOND POWERFUL!!!! It helps clear the bullshit data (i.e. limiting beliefs, destructive stories, patterns, habits, traumas, etc) that lives in your subconscious mind. As we know from earlier episodes your subconscious programming creates 95 % of your reality. So trust and believe me when I say you want to start using the Ho'oponopono prayer like YESTERDAY!
