As the country begins to open back up work for artists is also beginning to pick up too! As an artist myself I'm excited for all of the opportunities, but after having a conversation with my mentor, I realized that I need to be careful about falling back into the mentality of always saying yes to projects, especially ones that might not be the best fit. Today I share my experience of burnout before COVID-19 and my thoughts on why going forward, I think that artists of all disciplines need to take on projects that align with what they want.
