For this episode I'm joined by Jeff Siegel who is a men’s wellness coach who is here to discuss his journey to empowering men to take better care of themselves through mindfulness, movement, and healthy lifestyles using social support.
Jeff takes a whole-person approach to wellness believing that physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health cannot be separated.
Jeff has been working in the wellness space for years, but his journey into health and healing started much earlier when he suffered from an eating disorder as a teenager.
Through this very difficult journey he was driven to learn all he could about creating a healthy mind-body relationship.
Jeff freely offers that he is way overeducated holding a Masters in Buddhism from the University of Hong Kong and Masters in Mind & Brain Education from Harvard University!
