What a great week we have had at church. VBS has been amazing. God is so good. This coming Sunday we will worship through sing, Baptism, New Membership, Promotion Sunday and so much more. All with a focus on Glorifying God and enjoying him with our whole life.

This morning we look at 1 Peter 3:18-22. It is often considered one of the most difficult passages in all of Scripture. Join us as we tackle this passage and think through how to tackle difficult passages of Scripture.

Proverbs 16:20 Whoever gives thought to the word [matter] will discover good,
and blessed is he who trusts in the LORD.

This morning, Eric will be continuing in his series looking at five transformative values to root us in the way of Jesus, leaning on the book: The Deeply Formed Life by Rich Villodas. We'll be focusing on Part 2 which addresses the way we love our neighbor as we think about race and the gospel.

This Sunday we are in Joshua 2 and Joshua 6 looking at the life of Rahab the Prostitute. She is a woman who faithful served God and is celebrated in the New Testament as a woman of great faith and devotion to God. Join us as we prepare to learn about her story.

Peter tells the church we are designed to be a blessing to the world. Join us as we look at 1 Peter 3:9-12

These proverbs focus on a theme that continues throughout the Bible: Pride, arrogance, puffed up perception of one's self precedes significant problems in our lives. The opposite of pride is humility; we need to understand how both of these work in our lives, because we will contend with them our whole lives.
