They say that a very high percentage of our communication is not merely the words that we speak, but the non-verbal expressions we use. Our faces, gestures, emotions, AND our words can be used to either injure or heal. This morning, let's choose to use our communications today as ones that bring goodness, health, refreshment and comfort to others.

Being content is difficult for us. Paul challenges us in Philippians to consider the value of knowing Christ. We'll take a look at the song: "Knowing You" this morning and remember the strength we have in the presence of Christ in our lives.

Silence is not always golden, but there are times noted in Scripture when it is the correct and prudent behavior. We will look at Proverbs 11:12-13 for two instances when we need to learn to not speak, but instead remain silent.
