Tomas Martinkėnas is the Director of Engineering, Security and Privacy at Vinted. He leads and coordinates organisational changes such as Privacy team split, transfer from Legal to Engineering and Virtual Privacy team establishment.

He is also an initiator and member of the Risk Council responsible for the establishment of the risk management framework. They have automated their risk register, launched regular training sessions, improved risk appetite and management practices.
