As we continue this series, I want to take a moment to check in. The post-election period can bring mixed emotions, whether it’s relief, worry, or simply fatigue. Remember, whatever you’re feeling is okay; it’s all part of the process. Today’s focus is on the Solar Plexus Chakra, our center of personal power and self-confidence. This chakra can offer grounding, inner strength, and resilience, helping you stand firm in who you are and what you believe, even amidst and in spite of, uncertainty. Let’s explore how to align with this energy, empowering ourselves from within and reconnecting to our quiet inner strength.
The Solar Plexus Chakra, located between the navel and the solar plexus, is the center of personal power, choice, and identity. It’s where we connect to our will, confidence, and sense of self. While the Sacral Chakra brings us joy and creativity, the Solar Plexus is all about defining who we are and empowering us to make aligned choices. Think of it as your inner compass, steering you forward with a quiet yet resilient strength. This energy center helps you stand firm in transitions, making it especially helpful during challenging situations and with challenging people.
This chakra governs our ability to make conscious choices and take action. When it’s balanced, the Solar Plexus Chakra fuels confidence and self-trust, allowing us to navigate life with clarity and direction. We don’t react to life; we consciously respond. This chakra represents the “I am” in each of us, giving us a stable foundation from which to interact with the world thoughtfully, assertively, and responsibly.
In today’s world, where challenges and uncertainties may spark anxiety, tuning into the Solar Plexus can help us reclaim our power and act from a place of calm self-assurance.
Overactive Solar Plexus:
If your Solar Plexus energy is excessive, it may manifest as arrogance, emotional outbursts, and high stress levels. People with an overactive Solar Plexus might feel self-important, react defensively, and struggle to listen to others. This can lead to poor boundaries, taking things personally, and becoming overly controlling in an attempt to manage inner anxiety. Self-righteousness, narcissism, and emotional outbursts are common side effects of an overactive Solar Plexus chakra, often creating a tendency to dominate or push others away. Dictators have extremely overactive solar plexus chakras.
“I was not born to be forced. I will breathe after my own fashion. Let us see who is the strongest.”
henry david thoreau
Underactive Solar Plexus:
On the other hand, a blocked Solar Plexus can lead to passivity, fear, and a tendency to let life “happen” without engagement. If this chakra is underactive, you may struggle to assert yourself, feel trapped, or overly reliant on others for validation. An underactive Solar Plexus often results in giving away personal power and feeling directionless or uncertain. People with underactive solar plexus chakras are easily manipulated, bought, gullible, and lack self-reliance. They make excellent cult members.
A balanced Solar Plexus Chakra manifests as quiet inner strength and self-confidence. With this alignment, you stand firm in your values, speak up with kindness, and embrace healthy risks. You’re open to diverse perspectives while staying true to yourself, navigating life’s uncertainties with flexibility, optimism, and courage. A balanced Solar Plexus creates an aura of self-respect and a commitment to growth that inspires others.
To strengthen the Solar Plexus Chakra, start with core-centered exercises like yoga, pilates, and Tai Chi. Postures like plank and boat, as well as core breaths, build stability and inner strength. Practices such as Kundalini yoga and lion’s breath further activate this chakra, warming the body and releasing any blocked energy.
For an overactive Solar Plexus, consider exploring anger management techniques and even therapy, which can help channel intense emotions constructively and establish healthy boundaries. Self-reflection is also a valuable tool: pay attention to situations that trigger frustration or a sense of losing control, and practice responding in ways that allow you to step back or breathe deeply before reacting.
For an underactive Solar Plexus, focus on building self-confidence and autonomy by thinking for yourself, using your intuition, and making independent choices. Reinforce your sense of self-trust with small, positive actions each day, helping you reclaim your personal power. Finally, active listening—listening to understand rather than to respond—encourages respect, humility, and meaningful connection, balancing this chakra’s energy whether it’s overactive or underactive.
To boost and balance your Solar Plexus Chakra, consider integrating essential oils and nourishing foods into your daily routine. Diffuse lemon and ginger for an energizing lift, or chamomile for a calming, centering effect, while peppermint brings clarity and refreshment to sharpen focus and lift the spirit. These oils can be diffused throughout your home or applied, when diluted, to pulse points for a direct boost to your Solar Plexus energy.
You can also fuel your Solar Plexus Chakra through diet by eating vibrant yellow foods like yellow peppers, lemons, corn, and golden apples, which naturally amplify this chakra’s energy. Whole grains like oats and brown rice help ground your energy, adding stability and inner support. Choosing foods that calm or ignite your inner fire as needed is a powerful way to nourish this chakra—whether you’re seeking balance, strength, or renewal.
Working with crystals like Citrine, Tiger’s Eye, and Yellow Jasper can strengthen and balance your Solar Plexus. Carry or meditate with these stones to reinforce feelings of self-worth, clarity, and empowerment.
“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”
margaret mead
Think of your Solar Plexus as an internal campfire—it fuels your passions, keeps you warm, and helps guide your way. During times of transition, tend to this fire, feeding it with self-care and awareness. A balanced Solar Plexus reminds you that while the world may shift, your core power remains steady and reliable. Embrace your personal strength, and let it light the path ahead.

In this second episode of our Chakra Healing Series, we explore the Sacral Chakra, a powerful center of creativity, pleasure, and adaptability—qualities that are especially vital in times of collective stress and uncertainty. Located in the pelvic area, the sacral chakra connects us to the richness of life’s experiences and is the source of our passion and resilience. While the root chakra grounds us with stability, the sacral chakra invites us to connect with joy, beauty, and creativity, helping us find balance amidst challenges like post-election anxiety.
The sacral chakra, also known as Svadhisthana, which translates to “sweetness”, is our pleasure center and the gateway to life’s sensory beauty. This chakra allows us to experience feelings of joy, connection, and creativity. It’s through this energy center that we engage fully with our world—through sights, sounds, tastes, touch, and emotions. By nurturing our sacral chakra, we’re reminded that life includes moments of sweetness and beauty, even when the external world feels turbulent. It is associated with the color orange and corresponds to the suit of Cups in the Tarot.
“Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.”
albert eistein
Today’s world often discourages passion and sensitivity, encouraging us to suppress our emotions rather than embrace them. We are taught to second-guess our natural impulses and even feel guilt for taking pleasure in the simple joys of life. These societal pressures can result in a disconnected sacral chakra, where we may feel numb or lack inspiration.
When the sacral chakra is blocked or imbalanced, we might experience feelings of inadequacy, emotional unfulfillment, or low motivation. On the other hand, an overactive sacral chakra can lead to addictive behaviors and overindulgence as a means of coping. A balanced sacral chakra allows us to stay grounded in our passions and creativity, empowering us to respond to challenges with adaptability and resilience.
Restoring balance to the sacral chakra starts with becoming aware of your relationship with pleasure, creativity, and connection. Consider whether you feel open to life’s sensory experiences, like savoring food, music, and the beauty of nature. Here are ways to nurture this energy center:
Using essential oils can gently open the sacral chakra. Scents like patchouli, jasmine, and wild orange stimulate sensuality, creativity, and inner calm. Diffuse them at home, allowing the fragrances to support your journey to self-connection.
Affirmations are simple yet powerful tools to activate the sacral chakra. Practice these regularly:
Our sacral chakra reminds us that self-care and connection to joy are essential, especially during uncertain times. By embracing pleasure and creativity, we foster a sense of balance, making it easier to navigate life’s transitions with grace. Each of us has the power to cultivate moments of beauty, connection, and gratitude. So take a deep breath, look outside and notice the colors of fall all around you, open yourself to life’s gifts, and trust in your ability to adapt and thrive. Choose beauty.
The chakra system is a hierarchy, where each level builds on the stability of the one below it. For you to fully experience the pleasures, creativity, and connection of the sacral chakra—and the potential of each chakra above it—your root chakra needs must be met first. So, pace yourself and be gentle on this journey. Healing is not a race; it’s a personal unfolding. Embrace each step, honor where you are, and trust that balance and fulfillment will come as you connect more deeply with each chakra’s energy.

Welcome to my special post and podcast series, Staying Aligned in Uncertain Times. I’m so glad you’re here. Right now, many of us are feeling heightened waves of anxiety and uncertainty, especially in light of recent events. In this seven-part series, we’re diving into each of the chakras, exploring tools and insights that can help us ground ourselves, stay centered, and find peace in the midst of change.
I know firsthand how overwhelming these times can feel. If you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, or simply a sense of being off-center, know that you’re not alone. In each episode, I’ll share simple, yet powerful practices to help you reconnect with yourself, calm your mind, and navigate this intense season with more balance and resilience.
So, settle in, take a deep breath, and let’s get started on this journey together.
This is the chakra that governs our sense of safety, security, and connection to the earth. It’s the place where we can find stability and grounding, even in times of chaos. So if you’re feeling unsettled right now, this episode is for you. Together, we’ll explore how to bring balance to the Root Chakra and reclaim your sense of peace during these uncertain times.
The Root Chakra, or Muladhara, is the first chakra in our energy system. Located at the base of your spine, it’s the very foundation of your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. It connects you to the earth beneath you and establishes your sense of safety in this world.
The name Muladhara comes from two Sanskrit words: Mula, meaning “root,” and Adhara, meaning “support” or “base.” Essentially, this chakra serves as your support system, foundation, and anchor. It is associated with the color red and corresponds to the suit of Pentacles in the Tarot.
When the Root Chakra is in balance, you feel grounded, secure, and confident that your basic needs will be met. But when it’s out of balance—especially with the anxieties many of us are feeling right now—those feelings of fear, insecurity, and instability can rise to the surface.
The Root Chakra is our survival center. It is where our fight-or-flight response originates, and it governs our most primal instincts—like ensuring our physical safety and financial well-being. This chakra holds the energy of our ancestors’ struggles and triumphs. It carries memories of hardship, war, famine, and the basic fight to survive.
As we move through life, we often carry the imprints of these ancestral experiences, whether we are consciously aware of them or not. These memories and patterns can affect how we respond to current stressors, including the political climate. But here’s the good news: We don’t have to be held hostage by the past. We can consciously choose to heal and transform these old patterns.
When the Root Chakra is imbalanced, it can show up in several ways, especially when we’re dealing with high stress or anxiety. You might notice feelings of fear, insecurity, or anxiety taking over. You might feel disconnected from your body, or even from the world around you. On a physical level, imbalances might manifest as lower back pain, constipation, or issues with your legs and feet.
With the current political climate, these symptoms may intensify, as we feel unsure about the future and our place in it. But by focusing on balancing this foundational chakra, we can begin to create the stability and peace we need to navigate these times.
When your Root Chakra is balanced, you feel centered and grounded, no matter what’s happening around you. You have a deep sense of security, and trust that your basic needs will always be met. You’re connected to your core values, and living in alignment with them gives you the courage to face challenges head-on.
In the midst of political uncertainty, you’ll find yourself feeling calmer, more resilient, and more trusting that things will work out. The more balanced your Root Chakra, the more equipped you are to handle the stress and anxiety that might arise.
How to Balance Your Root Chakra
Balancing your Root Chakra is key to feeling grounded during times of uncertainty. One of the most powerful ways to do this is by grounding yourself—literally. Walking barefoot on the earth, sitting on the grass, or just taking a moment to connect with nature can help you feel more anchored.
Breathing is also an essential tool for balancing the Root Chakra. Taking deep, slow breaths can help you reconnect with your body and bring you into the present moment. Let’s take a moment together now to breathe deeply, letting go of any tension or stress you may be holding. (Pause for a breath) Inhale deeply… hold for a moment… and exhale slowly. Feel your body relax with each breath.
Meditation is another powerful tool. While meditation connects you to your higher self, it also grounds you in the present moment. If you find it difficult to trust that the world will provide for you, meditation can remind you that you are always supported, no matter what’s happening around you. You can use breathing during meditation as a way to center your mind and calm your energy.
Nourishing your body with the right foods is also crucial for balancing the Root Chakra. Focus on eating red-colored foods, root vegetables, and hearty stews—foods that come from the earth and give you energy and stability. You can also use essential oils like Cedarwood, Sandalwood, or Vetiver to help you feel grounded. These oils can be diffused in your home or applied directly to your body to bring calm and balance to your energy.
Affirmations are another great way to reinforce feelings of safety and security. Try saying these to yourself throughout the day:
These simple words can help to shift your energy and create a sense of peace, no matter what’s going on around you.
With everything that’s happening in the world right now, it’s natural to feel a little shaken. But by focusing on your Root Chakra, you can restore your sense of safety, stability, and connection. Grounding yourself, nourishing your body, and using simple tools like meditation and affirmations can help you feel more anchored and less affected by external chaos.
Thank you for joining me today. Remember, no matter what happens in the world, you have the power to create your own sense of peace. Take a moment today to connect with the earth beneath you, and trust that everything will work out.
And if you’re ready to continue this healing journey, join me tomorrow as we explore the Sacral Chakra. I’ll show you how opening and balancing this chakra can help you embrace creativity and adaptability—key tools for navigating any transition.
Until next time, stay grounded, stay safe, and remember: you are supported.

Tarot is often shrouded in mystery, leaving many with a mix of curiosity and misunderstanding about what it truly represents. Even in today’s world, remnants of outdated beliefs continue to paint Tarot as “dangerous” or “evil.” Let’s debunk some of these myths, highlight how they’ve persisted, and embrace a modern understanding of Tarot as a powerful tool for growth, clarity, and connection.
One of the oldest misconceptions is that Tarot is inherently tied to witchcraft or dark magic. This view goes back centuries to a time when anything “unknown” or “spiritual” was feared. Tarot became tangled in this, especially during the age of witch hunts and burnings, where people—often women—were persecuted for their beliefs or practices. That old prejudice fostered lasting fear and ignorance, creating a strong bias against anything linked to “the unseen.”
But this is the 21st century. Time to break free from those outdated narratives! Tarot isn’t about controlling people or summoning powers. Instead, it’s a reflective practice that helps you access your inner wisdom. It’s time we celebrate our power, not fear it or give it away.
Another misconception is that Tarot is meant to manipulate or trick people. Some people view readers with suspicion, believing Tarot readers “tell people what they want to hear.” However, in reality, a well-conducted Tarot reading is more about guidance and self-awareness than any external control or manipulation. It’s about presenting options, sparking reflection, and empowering individuals to find their own path.
In my own experience, this bias has hit close to home. Some family members have distanced themselves from me because of my work with Tarot. Additionally, I’ve even been let go from contracts because of outdated fears surrounding the cards. But I’ve come to see this as a reflection of their own fears, not the truth of Tarot itself. As a result, I live by the Dr. Suess adage, “Those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind.”
One of the most pervasive myths about Tarot is that it’s used to predict the future with certainty. While Tarot can offer guidance on potential outcomes based on current energies and choices, it’s not a crystal ball. Instead, Tarot provides a mirror for self-reflection, helping you navigate life’s uncertainties with more awareness and insight. Each card acts as a symbol, inviting you to consider where you are in the present moment and how you can influence your future by making empowered decisions.
A common misconception is that Tarot is connected to dark or negative forces, often because of its historical associations with the occult. Some people believe that Tarot invites bad energy or leads to spiritual harm. In reality, Tarot is a neutral tool—much like a mirror—reflecting what is already within you. How you approach the cards is what matters. Many Tarot readers use the cards as a spiritual practice for personal growth, healing, and empowerment. The intention behind the reading defines the energy that comes through.
“The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.”
Joseph campbell
This myth can make Tarot seem inaccessible to beginners. While some Tarot readers use their psychic abilities to enhance readings, you don’t need to be psychic to use Tarot effectively. Tarot is a tool anyone can learn to use by studying the cards, practicing, and connecting with their intuition. Tarot helps you develop your intuitive abilities over time, and with consistent practice, you’ll start to recognize the symbols and messages that resonate with your own inner knowing.
There’s a belief that Tarot cards only work if they are given to you as a gift. While receiving a deck as a gift can be a special gesture, it’s not a requirement for reading Tarot. You can absolutely purchase your own deck! In fact, selecting a deck that resonates with you personally can create a stronger bond between you and the cards, making your readings more meaningful.
While Tarot can certainly be used for spiritual growth, deep reflection, and life-changing insights, it’s also versatile enough to explore lighter, everyday matters. You can use Tarot for creativity, decision-making, relationship guidance, or even just for fun. Some people draw daily cards to set an intention for their day or seek advice on small choices, like picking a new hobby or exploring personal interests.
Another myth is that Tarot readers can’t or shouldn’t read for themselves. Some people fear they’ll be too biased to interpret the cards accurately. While it’s true that objectivity can be tricky when reading for yourself, many Tarot readers find self-readings helpful for personal growth, reflection, and meditation. You can always seek out a trusted reader for more objective readings, but using Tarot for personal journaling and self-exploration is a powerful way to work with the cards.
Many people fear pulling “negative” cards like Death, The Tower, or The Devil, assuming these cards mean disaster or bad luck. However, Tarot isn’t about labeling situations as “good” or “bad.” Even cards that appear challenging at first glance carry important lessons about change, transformation, and growth. The Death card, for example, often signifies the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new chapter, symbolizing renewal and rebirth rather than literal death. Tarot encourages us to embrace both the light and shadow aspects of our lives.
Tarot is a tool that reflects our journey, our questions, and our inner wisdom. By understanding the myths that surround it, we can approach Tarot with an open mind and use it as a resource for self-awareness and empowerment. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned reader, Tarot offers endless possibilities for personal and spiritual exploration—and it’s anything but scary or limiting.
Tarot reflects the human condition and is used every day by ordinary people for personal guidance, meditation and intuition development. It’s a wonderful tool for self reflection, goal setting, healing, and self-improvement. Draw your own conclusions and know that fear is ignorance in disguise.

In our journeys through life, we often bump up against invisible walls, wondering why our dreams seem just out of reach. We put in the work, visualize the results, and stay consistent, yet the progress feels slow or stagnant. In many cases, these blocks aren’t external at all; they’re internal, hidden in the form of limiting beliefs. Identifying and releasing these beliefs is essential for aligning with the Universe’s flow, allowing abundance, love, and success to flow into our lives freely.
Limiting beliefs are unconscious assumptions or ideas we hold that restrict us from living to our fullest potential. They shape how we see the world, ourselves, and what’s possible for us. Often rooted in childhood, societal influences, or past experiences, these beliefs can feel like absolute truths, yet they don’t have to define us forever.
For example:
Each of these statements, though they may feel very real, is a perception – one that can change.
“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
Wayne dyer
In the realm of manifestation, limiting beliefs can act as unseen barriers between our desires and their materialization. Universal laws, like the Law of Attraction, state that we attract what we believe. So, when we hold onto ideas of scarcity, unworthiness, or fear, we unknowingly create more situations that affirm these beliefs.
Imagine wanting financial abundance but secretly believing that money is hard to come by. Despite all the visualizing and affirmations, this underlying belief sends out a conflicting signal. It’s like planting seeds in soil that’s too rocky to grow anything – the foundation itself needs nurturing.
Here are some common ways to recognize that a limiting belief might be affecting you:
Do you feel stuck or frustrated when it comes to a certain area of life, no matter how hard you try? If you’re pushing toward a goal but feel like you’re treading water, it could be that a belief is counteracting your progress.
Are the same negative scenarios repeating? For instance, you keep attracting unavailable partners or jobs that don’t appreciate your talents. Repeating patterns can be the Universe’s way of showing that a limiting belief is in play.
Often, our intuition whispers when something is holding us back. If you have a lingering feeling that “something isn’t right,” or a persistent sense that “there’s more for me,” you may be brushing against a belief that it’s time to release.
Certain situations or topics can cause an outsized emotional reaction. For example, if you feel overly defensive or emotional about money, success, or self-worth, there may be a hidden belief about these areas that needs attention.
Limiting beliefs often lead us to act in ways that prevent us from achieving what we want. Procrastination, perfectionism, or giving up easily can be signs that a limiting belief is in play.
Pay close attention to the words you use and the stories you tell yourself and others. Do you often say, “I’m too busy for that,” “People always let me down,” or “I’m just not good with money”? These phrases may seem harmless, but they reveal the beliefs beneath the surface. Excuses, prejudices, and recurring “stories” can reinforce limiting beliefs and shape your reality, often without you realizing it. In the realm of manifestation, words have powerful energy, and the language you choose shapes the experiences you attract.
If you’re doing the inner work but visualizing your dreams feels forced or distant, there might be a hidden belief creating resistance. Authentic belief flows naturally; if it feels off, there may be a contradictory belief pulling against it.
Acknowledging limiting beliefs is a powerful first step toward freedom. Here are steps to dismantle them:
Take a moment to journal or meditate on the areas where you feel most blocked. Write down the negative thoughts or assumptions you hold about these areas. For instance, if you’re struggling with love, your belief might be, “I don’t deserve a committed partner.” Awareness is the first step toward transformation.
Once identified, question its validity. Is this belief absolutely true? Where did it come from? By dissecting the belief, you begin to see that it’s not a fact – it’s an idea you’ve adopted. Practicing this step regularly helps weaken the belief’s hold over time.
After questioning the old belief, choose a new, empowering belief that aligns with your desires. If the limiting belief was, “I’m not worthy of love,” replace it with, “I am deeply deserving of unconditional love.” Repeat this new belief as an affirmation daily to rewire your subconscious mind.
Visualize yourself living the reality where your new belief is true. Picture yourself feeling loved, accepted, and abundant. Imagine how you’d feel, what you’d do, and how you’d act. Visualization is a powerful way to start shifting your vibration to match your new belief.
Taking small, inspired actions can solidify a new belief. If you’re replacing a limiting belief about money, take actions that show your belief in abundance, such as donating a small amount to charity or investing in yourself. Action is a statement to the Universe that you’re serious about this new path.
One of the most transformative tools is Imagitation, which combines imagination with meditation. Here, imagine yourself living as your most empowered self, with your new belief fully integrated. Visualize specific scenes that embody your ideal life, allowing yourself to feel the emotions as if it’s happening now. This “preview” brings your desired reality closer to the present, making it feel both familiar and attainable.
The process of uncovering and releasing limiting beliefs is not always instant. It’s an unfolding, a dance with the Universe where you align with its gentle, supportive guidance. When you take these steps, you’ll notice the energetic shifts within and around you – opportunities will appear, synchronicities will increase, and life will seem to flow with greater ease.
Remember, the Universe is always in support of your highest path, sending you signs, nudges, and insights to guide you toward what’s possible. When you align with your true self, free from the grip of limiting beliefs, you become a magnet for your deepest desires.
So, trust the journey, celebrate the small wins, and know that each limiting belief released is a powerful step toward manifesting a life filled with boundless possibilities. The path to freedom begins within.
Do you ever feel like you’re searching for answers but can’t quite seem to find them? Maybe you’ve felt stuck, unsure which direction to take, or confused by life’s big decisions. That’s where Tarot can step in. More than just a deck of cards, Tarot is a powerful tool that helps you tap into your intuition, connect with your inner wisdom, and gain the clarity you’ve been seeking. It’s not about predicting the future—it’s about guiding you toward the right path and helping you understand what’s going on beneath the surface.
In this post, we’ll dive into how Tarot can help you unlock your intuition and find clarity in your life.
Intuition is that inner voice, the gut feeling you have when something just feels right (or wrong). It’s your natural ability to understand things without needing logic or reason. We all have it, but sometimes life’s noise—our fears, doubts, and worries—gets in the way of hearing it. Tarot helps to quiet that noise and bring your intuition to the forefront.
“The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant.”
Albert Einstein
When you work with Tarot, you’re not just looking at the cards—you’re looking inward. The images and symbols on each Tarot card act like mirrors, reflecting back parts of your subconscious mind that you may not be fully aware of. As you interpret the cards, you begin to notice feelings, thoughts, or insights bubbling up that guide you to your inner truth.
If you’ve ever experienced a Tarot reading, you know that moment when just the right cards show up, and it feels like they’re speaking directly to your soul. That uncanny feeling of alignment, where the cards seem to know more than you do, is part of the deep connection Tarot has with your intuition. It’s as though the universe itself is lending you a helping hand, guiding you to the insights you need most.
Let’s explore how Tarot taps into your intuition and why the cards seem to “magically” align with your current situation, bringing you clarity and confidence.
Tarot invites you to pause, reflect, and tune into what’s really going on. Each card tells a story, and as you work with them, you’re encouraged to ask yourself deeper questions: What does this card mean to me? How does it connect to my current situation? What feelings does it bring up? This process of reflection opens up a space for your intuition to surface. The more you practice, the stronger your intuitive abilities become.
Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming when you can’t see the bigger picture. Tarot helps by revealing patterns in your life, whether in relationships, career, or personal growth. When you pull a series of cards, they may point to recurring themes or cycles you hadn’t noticed before. This awareness helps you make sense of your experiences and gives you the clarity to break free from unhelpful patterns.
For instance, if you keep pulling cards like The Tower (signaling sudden change) or The Devil (representing unhealthy attachments), it could indicate that there’s something in your life you need to release. Recognizing these patterns allows your intuition to guide you toward the steps for change.
Tarot speaks the language of symbols and archetypes—universal images that resonate on a deep, subconscious level. When you work with these images, you’re connecting with parts of yourself that are usually hidden beneath the surface. Your conscious mind may not have the answers, but your subconscious does, and Tarot helps you access that wisdom.
For example, The High Priestess card is all about intuition, mystery, and hidden knowledge. When this card appears, it could be urging you to trust your gut or pay attention to the signs your inner wisdom is sending you.
One of the most magical things about Tarot is how the right cards show up at the right time. You could be thinking about a decision and, suddenly, The Lovers or The Two of Swords appears, perfectly representing your dilemma. Or maybe you’re uncertain about a career change, and The Ace of Pentacles comes up, symbolizing new opportunities and growth.
There’s something undeniably mystical about Tarot—the way the cards align, the feelings they evoke, and the connection they foster with your intuition. Yes, it may feel a little “woo” at times, but that’s part of the magic. Tarot allows you to step into a space where logic steps aside, and intuition leads the way.
Now that you know how Tarot helps unlock your intuition, let’s explore how it can also bring clarity to your decisions. When you feel lost or confused, Tarot offers a fresh perspective and helps you see things from a new angle.
Tarot works best when you ask open-ended questions. Instead of asking yes-or-no questions, like “Will I get the job?”, focus on questions that encourage deeper exploration, such as “What do I need to know about this opportunity?” or “What steps can I take to improve my career situation?” This invites guidance, not just a prediction, helping you see what needs attention for better clarity.
Tarot can shift your viewpoint, highlighting things you may have missed or helping you consider options you hadn’t thought of. For example, if you’re stuck in a relationship and The Lovers card appears, it may remind you to focus on communication. If The Hanged Man shows up, it could suggest you need to release control and see things from a different angle to move forward.
Our emotions often pull us in different directions, leading to confusion. Tarot helps you untangle those feelings by representing various energies. If you’re feeling anxious about a decision, and The Moon appears, it may point to fear or illusion. Tarot helps you see your emotions more clearly, guiding you to greater peace of mind.
If you’re ready to use Tarot for personal guidance, here are some tips to get started:
Tarot is more than a fortune-telling tool—it’s a way to connect with your intuition, gain clarity in life’s challenges, and discover insights into your personal journey. By reflecting on the cards and exploring their messages, you unlock your own inner wisdom, navigating life’s twists with more confidence.
Remember, the answers you seek are already within you. Tarot simply helps you hear them more clearly.

Empaths possess a unique ability to understand and experience the emotions of others. This heightened sensitivity can be both a blessing and a challenge. These types are not rigid boxes but rather dynamic frameworks that shed light on our core motivations, fears, desires, and coping mechanisms. By exploring these aspects, empaths can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others, leading to improved empathy, emotional regulation, and healthier relationships.

The Third Eye Chakra, also known as the Ajna Chakra, is one of the most powerful and mysterious energy centers in the human body. Situated between the eyebrows and linked to the pineal gland in the brain, this chakra serves as the gateway to higher consciousness, intuition, and spiritual insight. As the first topic in our Psychic School series, we begin with the Third Eye Chakra to prepare the path of inner vision and set the foundation for the entire psychic journey.
Activating and understanding this chakra is crucial because it opens the door to perceiving the unseen, guiding us beyond the physical world into the realms of intuition, clairvoyance, and spiritual wisdom. Often depicted as an indigo-colored, two-petaled lotus, the Third Eye is not just a symbol but a vital element in the journey of self-discovery and psychic awakening.
By exploring the Third Eye Chakra at the start, we lay the groundwork for all that follows in your psychic development. This energy center connects us to our inner wisdom and allows us to trust what we sense, feel, and intuitively know—key skills that will be built upon in future lessons.
The Third Eye Chakra is often called the “seat of inner vision” because it governs our ability to see beyond the physical realm. Unlike the eyes that perceive the external world, the Third Eye is connected to our internal vision, offering glimpses of the unseen, the abstract, and the spiritual. It is responsible for our intuition, clairvoyance, imagination, and the profound wisdom that goes beyond logical reasoning.
For centuries, mystics, sages, and healers have revered the Third Eye as a source of enlightenment and divine insight. This energy center enables us to connect with our higher selves, tap into universal consciousness, and access knowledge that transcends time and space. Through the activation of the Third Eye, we can perceive subtle energies, receive psychic impressions, and navigate our lives with a deeper sense of purpose and understanding.
The Third Eye Chakra is intimately connected with the pineal gland, a tiny pinecone-shaped organ nestled deep within the brain. Often called the “seat of the soul,” the pineal gland plays a pivotal role in regulating sleep, dreams, and the body’s circadian rhythms. But beyond its biological functions, it is believed to be a physical manifestation of our spiritual Third Eye.
In many ancient cultures, the pineal gland was recognized as the center of spiritual awakening and psychic vision. Its ability to produce melatonin, the hormone that regulates sleep, is thought to be a doorway into altered states of consciousness and the dream world. It is in these states that the veil between the physical and spiritual realms becomes thin, allowing us to access intuitive insights, messages from the higher self, and spiritual guidance.
Modern science is beginning to explore the pineal gland’s role in human consciousness, and while much remains a mystery, there is growing evidence that this small gland holds a key to unlocking the deeper layers of our psyche. When the Third Eye Chakra is balanced and open, the pineal gland can become a powerful tool for experiencing higher states of awareness.
While the Third Eye Chakra holds immense potential, it can also be a source of challenge if it becomes blocked or overactive. A blocked Third Eye may manifest as a lack of direction, confusion, difficulty making decisions, or feeling disconnected from intuition. On the other hand, an overactive Third Eye can lead to an overwhelming influx of psychic information, vivid dreams, or a tendency to get lost in fantasy.
Balancing the Third Eye Chakra is essential for maintaining harmony in our psychic and spiritual lives. It requires nurturing our inner vision, trusting our intuitive voice, and embracing both the mystical and practical aspects of our journey.
The power of the Third Eye Chakra lies not just in its ability to perceive the unseen but in its capacity to connect us to our deepest truths. It is through this inner vision that we find clarity, purpose, and the courage to walk our spiritual path with open eyes and an open heart. Whether you are just beginning to explore your psychic abilities or are deep into your spiritual practice, the Third Eye Chakra is a vital ally on your journey to awakening.
As you continue to develop this powerful energy center, remember that the Third Eye is not just about seeing—it’s about knowing. It’s about trusting the subtle whispers of your soul and embracing the unseen forces that guide you. Through the Third Eye, we glimpse the infinite possibilities of our existence and step into a life of deeper meaning, insight, and connection.
As we’ve explored, the Third Eye Chakra is the gateway to inner vision, intuition, and deeper spiritual awareness. Now it’s time to take this understanding to the next level with a powerful activation! Join us this Thursday at 2 PM for a part two where we’ll guide you through a Third Eye activation to awaken your psychic senses and enhance your inner vision. This is your opportunity to experience the magic of your Third Eye firsthand and begin aligning with your highest potential. Don’t miss out—let’s open the door to your intuitive power together!
Imagitation is one of my favorite practices—a blend of imagination and meditation that takes a proactive, Western approach to traditional meditation techniques. It’s not about clearing the mind or sitting in stillness; it’s about using the vibrant, creative energy of your imagination to craft the life you desire. This practice is the foundation of manifesting anything because imagination is the portal to all things manifested.
Albert Einstein famously said, “Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution.” In Imagitation, you harness this boundless power of your imagination to create the reality you wish to experience. It’s not just daydreaming; it’s intentional, purposeful, and transformative.
When you engage in Imagitation, you are not passively waiting for things to happen. Instead, you actively participate in the creation process. You visualize what you want with vivid detail, feel the emotions associated with it, and mentally step into the experience as though it’s already real. This proactive engagement sets Imagitation apart from traditional meditation practices, which often focus on clearing the mind rather than filling it with vibrant visions.
Wayne Dyer, a renowned self-help author, once said, “You’ll see it when you believe it.” This statement encapsulates the core of Imagitation: belief, backed by imagination, is a powerful force. Neuroscience supports this idea, showing that the brain does not distinguish much between an imagined experience and a real one. When you visualize an outcome with enough detail and emotional intensity, your brain activates the same neural pathways as if you were actually experiencing it.
This is why Imagitation works so well for manifesting your desires. It primes your brain to recognize opportunities, shift your mindset, and align your actions with your intentions. Essentially, you are reprogramming your subconscious mind to focus on what you want, not on what you lack.
Neville Goddard, a mystic and teacher of the power of imagination, taught that “Imagination creates reality.” This quote gets to the heart of why Imagitation is so powerful: your inner world shapes your outer world. In every moment of Imagitation, you are tapping into a spiritual practice that aligns your highest desires with the energetic flow of the universe.
Rather than meditating to empty the mind, Imagitation invites you to fill it with possibilities, dreams, and the feeling of already having what you desire. You become the architect of your life, designing each aspect with clarity and joy. This isn’t about escaping reality; it’s about creating a new one that aligns with your truest self.
Imagitation doesn’t need to be a long, drawn-out process. Even spending a few minutes each day can be transformative. You can practice it while sipping your morning coffee, during a walk in nature, or right before drifting off to sleep. The key is consistency and the willingness to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
As you continue this practice, you’ll notice shifts in your perspective, opportunities aligning, and synchronicities occurring. The more you nurture your imagination, the more you’ll see it reflected in your life. Remember, you are the creator of your reality, and through Imagitation, you hold the brush to paint your masterpiece.
In the words of Einstein, Dyer, and Goddard, let your imagination lead the way. It’s not just a tool; it’s the portal to all things possible. Happy Imagitating!

You might find yourself experiencing waves of intense emotions or sudden emotional releases. This is your body’s way of clearing old energy and making space for new, higher vibrations.
