In this episode, I ask the question, are there times when it's better to let go over a perceived insult or slight? Inspired by a TEDx talk by Ashe Beckham, I talk about when to take a stand, and when to maybe just Let It Go.

In today's episode, I challenge the idea of us saying we don't know how to do something. Because I believe there is a part of us that DOES know. There is always a part of us that knows, the trick is to remind ourselves of that. I share more thoughts on that in today's show.

In today's episode, I ask the question: do you have something in your life that acts as Red Bull for your spirit, for who you are, for your soul? Because in the same way we think about our focus and our energy, we should think about our spirituality, and look for something that can be our Spiritual Red Bull. So what might that be? I have some suggestions in today's show.

In today's episode, I look at the phrase "out of the blue," which we commonly associate with things happening in an unexpected or surprising way. But maybe we shouldn't be surprised. Maybe there's another way to think of creating from out of the blue. I explore that idea in this episode.

We see the world from our our own POV, naturally. We are the main character in our story. Everyone else in our life can be thought of as a supporting character. But what if you are someone else's supporting character? What if you have the answer that someone else in your life needs? Today, I suggest that maybe we be the answer for someone else.

In today's episode, I ask the question, is it okay to have a Plan B in life? We've all heard of the "Burn the Boats" philosophy of the general who gave his troop no option but to succeed in their beach invasion. It as Plan A or else. But is that a sound idea in life? I weigh that question in today's show.

In this episode, I talk about how a band aid solution can actually be a good thing.
I recently came across a different way of thinking about a band aid solution. And this was in Malcolm Gladwell, his book, The Tipping Point, where he makes the observation that a band aid solution can actually be the best kind of solution, because it involves solving a problem with the minimum amount of effort and time and cost. It's a good solution, because it uses the least number of resources

In today's episode, I talk about the idea of adding an exclamation mark to your life. There are times when adding an exclamation mark to what we do, can highlight the thing that we've just done, and to make us feel better about it.
