This is the last message in the Hook, line and Sinker series- dealing with offense.In this message we talk about how to 'Train' our hearts to endure the hard times when it's a struggle to let go of those offenses that have wounded us. How we must pray for those who have offended us- how we may even have to confront those too.........But through it all, we can find a complete release and freedom when we forgive and ask God for His strength.Remind yourself- It's not about the offense......but what's my respnse to it!

The Word.... UNFORGIVENESS is a tough word for many to deal with. Infact, many have chosen to forgive who they want to, and those they don't......they just don't.Here's the major problem with that- Jesus says if you don't forgive, then you will not be forgiven!Forgiveness is a choice we must make....and it's our responsability to do so. No matter the hurt, pain or offence someone has cuased us, we are still requirred to forgive.If we don't give......we won't get- And God means what He says!

In this message we talk about -Getting Planted- staying where God has placed you!I believe for your life to be the most effective- you need to be planted in the local church. Local being ONE.........not churches (plural).The only way we will ever see sustained growth is to be planted- and Ps 93:13 tells us- Those planted in the House Of God shall flourish..........To Become offended, is to cut off our own ability to produce fruit!

When dealing with those who have been offended, there are 2 main categories-- Those who genuinely have been mistreated, wronged and hurt.-Those who think they have benn mistreated, but actualy were not.In this message we deal with the first group.....those who have been genuinely HURT! Here's the question we answer (through the life of Joseph)- DO I HAVE THE RIGHT? Because of the hurt inflicted upon me, does that give me the right to become offended?Just because we have been wronged, we discover from God's Word that it's not the right we have but a choice!Listen and allow God to heal your heart as you go through His PROCESS!
