It's amazing how easily we can find ourselves 'In A Box' when it comes to praise and worship.Thru tradition- this is how it's always been......Thru fear- What if God doesn't respond?Thru Worry- what will others think?Thru being uncomfortable- I'm not used to this?What ever our excuse may be the result is always the same- it causes us to never fully enter into praise and worship. Watch OUT! says it all- because when God shows up.......His power shows OUT! Things happen!Here's the problem- our perspective.........what we see. Too often we draw our conclusions by what we see around us (that's our perception) BUT is that how God see"s?We have to start SEEING His way. Struggles and hardships are not the end, but only opportunities for Him to move. We have just got to keep PRAISING HIM!

It has to be more than just a Sunday thing.........it's not even about us. It's all about HIM!It's time that we live a life of constant praise to God. Not allowing our praise to become silent.It's more than just on a SUNDAY!

When we begin to Praise and Worship God- He shows up! And when He shows up.......nothing is ever the same again.Praise will bring His presence, an ever guiding, sustaining presence we all need in our lives.God is 'ENTHRONED' in the praises of His people! It's time like never before we welcome His presence daily into our lives.

Do we praise Him just because of the 'STUFF?' .......you know what I'm talking about. Just because of His blessings in your life? BUT here's the problem with that- What happens when the blessings stop? Then your praise is silenced!We have got to realise TRUE praise has to come from the HEART. God wants to place a 'Champion's Heart' inside each one of us. A heart that realizes- it's ALL about HIM, and not about us.It's praising to GIVE and not to GET!

How from the origin of time, satan stole praise (from God) and has been doing so ever since.How many times do we allow our praise to be stolen? It's time to praise like never before. To praise through those situations and see breakthroughs.

In looking at what happened to Paul and Silas in a Philippian Jail, we can see the importance of connection to others (touching lives for the cause of Christ)Their wrong actions could have drastically affected that whole situation. Instead of freedom, there would have been bondage and defeat.How often do we allow our circumstannces to affect our witness? How often do we get self centered and think it's all about us?It's time to be a witness for God.......why? Because people are listening (taking note).

The thought of connection is 3 fold-Connected to God (relationship)Connected to His House Connected to others (being a witness)Through being in Relationship with Him, and being connected to the local church........we will realize the importance of 'connecting' others back to God.God has placed each one of us in strategic postions, that we can reach out and touch people. We may be the only Bible they will read- that's why it's important we share the Gospel with them.Remember- Darkness is just the absense of LIGHT! It's time we shine and be a witness for HIM!
