TOGETHER GROUP QUESTIONS
Read Ephesians 6:15 and Isaiah 52:7. What is God’s Word saying to you in this verse? What is God’s heart for His people?
What is the Gospel of Peace? How would you explain “the Gospel” to an unbeliever? Powerful exercise: Have a few people in the group try to explain the Gospel in less than a minute.
What are a few examples of how we “dumb-down,” water down, cheapen, or simplify the Gospel, in a way that makes the Gospel lose its power?
How should the “Gospel of Peace” change your daily life?
What’s the hardest thing about sharing the Gospel with people?
So far, we’ve discussed the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, and the shoes of peace. Share with the group one practical example of how you can “put on” and use each of these 3 pieces of spiritual armor.
Who is one person in your life that you’d like to share the Gospel with? And as you close in prayer, pray for this person, and ask God to give you opportunity, grace, kindness, truth, timing, and boldness to share with them.
