****NOTE: There were some technical issues during the filming so some of the audio might be missing

The first time covering a very different creature type! The shining child has a very awkward dichotomy that is very fun to explore!

Introducing a creature that is decidedly NOT fey, but has the smell all over it! The dweomercat is a fun and whimsical romp of randomness and reaction!

Back to business as usual this week as James takes his first true deep dive into a Pathfinder 2e creature. We start off our new existence in 2e with one of the highest level creatures James could find, the Spirit Turtle! It doesn’t hurt that he’s a big fan of regular turtles!

We hope you enjoy our triumphant return to bi-weekly releases!

We are over the moon to present to you Encounter This! Episode 100: New Encounters!

Following our 2023 Update we got to work on some big changes and major strides forward for Encounter This! And are back to present to you our first official foray into Pathfinder 2e as the baseline system for Encounter This! (not the first 2e creature though…go check out episode 50 Blood Hags)!

Here we gathered some of our favorite podcasters and collaborators and asked them to present their favorite creatures of the past 99 episodes! And they did not disappoint. We cover creatures as far back as episode 4 and as recent as episode 99 itself!

Put your hands together for them and thank you for your support in reaching this milestone and carrying forward into New Encounters!
