Despite the dismal outlook while the enemies of God have had great successes, the psalmist still yet calls on Yahweh to act—so that His name is magnified throughout all the Earth.

Today's Christian men tend to be weak and spineless instead of strong, mature spiritual men who take a stand against the world and the enemy. Mature spiritual men stand strong in prayer and in the Scriptures, meditating in them day and night. They lead and protect their families. They are jealous for the glory of God and put to death in their lives that which dishonors Christ.

This morning we conclude a larger section of the Sermon on the Mount where Jesus describes what TRUE righteousness looks like from God's perspective. This was very important to clarify since the religious leaders of Jesus' day misinterpreted this AND their misinterpretations had become the mainstream thought of Judaism. These misinterpretations were costing Jews potential entrance into the Kingdom of Heaven. The final two areas of clarification involved personal retaliation and love for one's enemies.
