Scope of Today's Class:

Today, I share my unique process with others, which allows you to increase the volume of the soft voice within and harness your soul’s wisdom. The method bypasses the mind and our clever thinking and reconnects us to heart wisdom.

We use colour, mark-making in paints and pastels and multi-media materials to gain insight through the hidden realms into the wisdom of our soul’s knowing.  We’re encouraged to delve into our emotions, sensing a colour intuitively, and convey the associated feeling and fluid energy on a metaphysical plane. This process generates insightful guidance from the heart to liberate ourselves from history, including our traumas, past pain, and limiting beliefs.

My name is Garre (pronounced Gary) and I'm a healer and artist in St, Petersburg, FL. I'm a reiki master, yoga teacher, breathwork guide, spiritual mentor, stress and trauma specialist and personal trainer. I help people heal all layers of their being and help them align with their highest vibration. I believe we are all creative beings and I help my clients tap into their creativity.  One of my biggest loves is teaching yoga to teen girls at the juvenile detention centers and behavioral centers in Florida. Teaching kids and adults practices that help them build awareness, self-regulate, and feel safe in their bodies has been an amazing adventure. I also love to draw, read, listen to music, travel, hike, go to the beach, learn, cook, and cuddle my dog, Moose.

Scope of Today’s Class:

In this class we will be exploring the themes of Leo energy.  Leo is connected to the heart.  During this class, we will be guided by Garre through a meditation to center us in our heart space.  Then we will explore where our heart wants to go through art, specifically through the medium of pastels.  Using the pastels will allow for the flow creativity to come through us.

As we do this process, we can tune into our intention.  As we connect with our heart and this unconditional love and creative energy we identify this is the first ingredient we need for our intention to grow into a manifestation.

We are experiencing this series over 12 weeks (the 12 core classes) with also several intro classes and the last celebration class/ festival.
