- Ted Lipman is a career foreign service officer with assignments in Beijing, Consul General in Shanghai and as our Ambassador to Korea.

- Hugh Stephens served at Canadian missions in Hong Kong, Beijing, Islamabad and Seoul and as Head of Mission in Taipei.
