As ministers of the Gospel of Christ, we have a responsibility to engage our communities with that Gospel. We should take the Gospel out from the times we gather together corporately as believers, and we should equip the students and parents entrusted to us to do the same. 

Youth Pastors are called to equip the saints for the work of the ministry. We should be comfortable with the fact that means more than just our students but also their parents and the communities they are from.
