Fight, fight, fight! It’s a classic scene in the school yard. A couple boys have started circling around each other, fists raised, ready to throw a punch. But before the fight starts, the teacher runs over, pulls them apart, and keeps anyone from getting hurt.

It’s not always easy to stop bullying, though. Kids who are insecure feel like they need to go on a power trip, and they look for someone weaker who can be picked on. And bullying doesn’t always mean fists. Sometimes kids take it out on other kids with mean words. Whether the bullies are just starting to make fun of other kids or actually hurting them, they need to be stopped. It’s important to raise awareness about the issue, so everyone feels safe at school.

Most of the time, we put everyone into two groups: either you’re a people person or you’re not. It’s usually easy to tell which group you’re in. If you like spending time with people, you’re the first. If you need to take a step back and be by yourself, you’re likely introverted.

It’s definitely not bad to spend time alone, though. While it may take discipline for social people to get away from the crowd, spending time creating calmness and awareness is not only healthy, it’s also important. Hunting has been an activity for as long as there have been people and animals. For thousands of years, humans have hunted animals for food, but today people also hunt for sport. An animal that is killed might not be eaten, but instead its skin or head might be hung on a wall. Today’s hunting is not always about being self-sufficient like it was so many years ago.

People who are opposed to hunting often don’t like guns, killing animals, or both. People who are avid hunters believe that having a gun is their right, and so is killing animals, especially if it’s done as humanely as possible. If it came down to having a meal or being hungry, would everyone shoot an animal? Maybe, or maybe not!

You hear them before you see them. You’re walking down the sidewalk, and suddenly, you hear music. Turning the corner, you see them: it’s a street band!

People who have musical talent or another special ability often use busking as a way to bring in some extra money. They perform on the street, on the sidewalk, in a park… anywhere, really… and hope that people will give them money when they listen to the music or performance.

Musicians are the most common street performers, although artists and dancers can also get a large audience when performing in public places. For other talents, like drawing a picture of a tourist, it’s harder to have lots of people watching since the activity is one-on-one.
