There are moments in life when the demands of work, life and even our own ambitions seem to rise up against us in a formidable rebellion known as chaos.  

When chaos strikes, you may find that your mind is heavy with grief, foggy with fear and you may even feel that you just can't take one more step.

This is the time when you must tap into your reservoir of sanity and find your calm in the chaos.

Today, we talk about a wonderful book that I recently finished titled, "The Fountainhead".  This book was written by Ayn Rand, a rather interesting woman that is well-known in some circles and in others...not so much.  I decided to share this wonderful treasure with you all, due to the manner in which the book is easy to follow and a contains several characters that literally JUMP right off the page.

In the review, I do not spoil the story, but share my thoughts on some of the story's most prominent characters, as well as, discuss how these people will appear to you in real life.

I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed talking about this book almost as much as I did reading it!  So grab your coffee and let's dig into "The Fountainhead" =)

You may have noticed by now that asking the wrong question is not the right way to make a good impression on someone that has spilled their heart out to you.  Knowing what questions to ask and when to ask them is key in building healthy rapport because it shows the listener that they had our "full attention".  

In today's pour, we will engage in an exercise of sorts to strengthen our ability to construct questions from any topic based on what we hear.  I have recorded myself asking a variety of questions on several topics to provide you with the chance to "soak-in" how questions can be formed from a multitude of ways.

There will be work to do and those that complete the work will not only strengthen their existing knowledge of English, but be able to use it more effectively in a social situation.

Welcome to our 200th Episode of English And Coffee!  This is an amazing time and it's been such a wonderful journey.  We have talked about everything from daily on-goings in the world to employment and from sickness to language hacks.  We have run the gambit and lived to talk about it...lol
