Enjoying Christ in His word

How we thank and praise the Lord that we have been buried with Christ through baptism in his death, and now we live and walk in newness of life! Amen! On the one hand, we need to live a life of baptism so that anything negative would be put to death, and on the other hand, we need to simply exercise our spirit and live in spirit to walk in newness of life! Amen, Lord, we love You!

Lord Jesus, thank You for burying us with You through baptism in Your death! Hallelujah, we have been baptised into Christ and into His death, and we have been buried with Christ! Amen, Lord, our old man has been crucified with Christ and now we are buried with Christ. We are one with You, dear Lord, in Your death. We are identified with You, for we have been immersed into Christ through our baptism into Him.

What happened at the time of our baptism? What does it mean to be baptised? How can we be baptised into Christ and into His death, and what does this mean for our Christian life? Oh Lord, we open to You to be enlightened and brought into a deeper appreciation of being baptised in Christ and into His death! Hallelujah for our baptism!

None of us likes tribulations and suffering, but tribulation seems to be our portion day by day, even as believers in Christ. According to God's intention, tribulation is the incarnation of grace, for through tribulation God can work Himself into us a little more, and in tribulation we can enjoy much more of His grace.
