I invite to take a look at where you are distracting yourself in your life. We use distractions to help us not have to face our trauma and emotions. Notice where you are distracting yourself and instead invite some stillness into your life to allow yourself to heal.

I received a message the other day from my angels and it was about living in complete faith. How would you live your life if you lived in complete faith. Be one with the universe and trust that whatever you need is coming to you. You have the power to manifest and flow with the universe and the more you do that, the more your faith and trust opens up. It really is a beautiful thing❤️

I share a story with you about when I was rushing life and what happened when I did. We are supposed to go slow and don't rush things. Enjoy life!

What we say, think and do manifest into the life that we want. Think loving thoughts, loving words and use loving actions. Manifest the things that you want to bring into your life.

There is a process to self acceptance. We need to allow for forgiveness, love and joy. I walk your through the steps and how this message came to me from my angels.

Horses carry out energy. They will mirror to us exactly what we need to see. It may be anxiety, anger, resentment, etc. Whatever the emotion may be, our horse will show us. Being aware of it is the first step to being able to fix it. It may not even stem from your actual work from the horse. It may be from other areas in your life. Regardless, your horse will bring it up. Now you have the power to change it, and heal it. Energy is all around us, it's within us, it is us. Now you just need to find the tools to heal you!
