As we both navigate new roles in our professional life we talk about what it takes to be in charge of a team in a business environment. What kind of personality does it take to be able to hire and fire people? Who knows, but we try and figure it out. Michelle is a good friend of Eric's and our first official guest in the new studio. We had the pleasure to sit with Michelle and have her tell us about her journey of loosing 80lbs over the last year. Triggered by seeing herself in a photo from a recent vacation, she realized she "hated" what she saw. Her story was very inspiring and quite the journey that continues with today.
