Adam Miller is a recovering addict and chairman of the board at South Davis Recovery. He joined us on the podcast to talk about his journey out of the hole of addiction. This conversation was an amazing look into what it takes to travel the road of recovery. It is our hope that Adam's story can be a light for others who are struggling with addiction.

We had a great conversation with Rachael Kas. As a friend of a friend we knew nothing about her going into this podcast. She shared with us her life growing up in Texas with an absent father and a bi-polar mother. She also speaks about her struggle with Addison's disease and how she feels her calling in life is to help others.

Like always we skip through a bunch of different topics, however we keep coming back to the idea of gaining perspective. We cover different ways of gaining perspective, specifically the perspective gained through the gateway of psychedelics.

Today on the podcast we have Omar Bravo in to tell us his story. Omar is a design teacher at Davis Technical. He talks to us about growing up that youngest of nine kids, community and the importance of family. It was a pleasure to learn more about this amazing family man.

Eric is back from a weekend getaway in San Diego where he took a little time to change his environment, get some perspective, and put his feet in the ocean. We sit down and talk about his time there and how the journey of going somewhere is, most the time, the fun part.

Jim Whitaker is back! Jim swings by the studio for an impromptu podcast with us. We sit down just to shoot the shit about what is going on in life. Jim shares with us some of the peaks and valleys of what has been going on since we last talked to him. Eric opens up about some of the hard times he is currently experiencing.

We take you on a little journey on what it is like recording a podcast. We also talk about the proper way to use a smart phone and what happens when you start to use it the wrong way. And like always we go from one topic to the next chasing different rabbit holes.

It took a while but we finally talked our sister-in-law Jordi into coming to do the podcast. She tells us some incredible stories about things she has been through. Her simple perspective on life was very refreshing. It was awesome learning more about our amazing sister-in-law.
