They had struggled to obtain life insurance for Robert due to diabetes and other health related issues. They were told several times by multiple companies that coverage was not obtainable. After countless hours of speaking with underwriters and companies, a carrier was finally found.
Diabetes Life Solutions was then created to help find affordable life insurance for diabetics. Many people with diabetes have been turned down for life insurance due to their chronic conditions. Diabetes Life Solutions does not accept that outcome for our clients.

  • Your relationship matters. Datebox: Date night made simple. - Entrepreneur Podcast Network – EPN

Brett Kolomyjec, Founder at Datebox joins Enterprise Radio. Each month Datebox creates a fun & unique date and delivers it right to your door step. Date night, made simple.
This episode of Enterprise Radio is brought to you by DesignCrowd.com. Learn more and receive your Entrepreneur Podcast Network $100 VIP offer when you start your next project.

Listen to host Eric Dye & guest Brett Kolomyjec discuss the following:

    * Tell us about Datebox. How did you come up with the concept?
    * What advice would you give to others looking to start a new company?
    * What was one setback you faced? How did you overcome it?
    * What is your competitive advantage in the market?
    * What is your viewpoint on consumer demand for subscription-based products?
    * What’s next for Datebox?

Datebox strives to make date night simple because we believe relationships matter. At our core, our mission is to bring couples closer together by helping them rediscover date night. Each month we create a fun, exciting, and unique date experience for couples, and send them everything they need to enjoy that date together. We all know life can get busy and complicated, and it’s difficult to find quality time with the person we love most. Many relationships and marriages become distant over time, and even experience failure when they don’t make a priority out of continuing to connect with one another. Studies show that couples that spend consistent quality time together experience 350% higher satisfaction in their relationships or marriages. We exist to help all couples stay connected and find that satisfaction with the person they love most.
Datebox founders Brett & Devon Kolomyjec were married 4 years ago. On the day of our wedding, we got many amazing presents, but one gift stood out above them all. Inside a little box that had been wrapped up for us, were items to spend a fun date night together. The box included a game, brownie mix, movie tickets, and some other various items. Along with these items was a note that read:
“The next few weeks will feel crazy as you go on your honeymoon, head back to work, get settled into your home, and learn how to begin your new lives together. It’s easy for life to get busy and hectic. When you feel like life needs to slow down and you need some time just the two of you, use the contents of this box for a date night just the two of you, and reconnect with each other.”
Just 2.5 years into marriage, Brett and Devon realized that the couple who had given them this gift was right. Life does get busy, and complicated. We knew dating consistently and spending quality time together was important for our marriage, but planning fun dates can be difficult. We believed other couples may be dealing with the same challenges, and that there should be a company or product that helps couples take back date night, and Datebox was born.

  • Best Local Pharmacy in South Florida by Florida.com - Entrepreneur Podcast Network – EPN

Dr. Garvey R. Pinkston II, Founder of Southern Hills Pharmacy, a successful family-owned and operated full-service pharmacy located in Plantation, Florida and named as the best local pharmacy in South Florida by Florida.com joins Enterprise Radio.
Listen to host Eric Dye & guest Dr. Garvey R. Pinkston II discuss the following:

    * What inspired you to establish Southern Hills Pharmacy?
    * Your family’s history in the Health Care industry is traced back to Ocala Florida. How did your family’s legacy impact your decision to establish your pharmacy?
    * How did Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University prepare you to lead a successful pharmacy?
    * Any advice for young adults interested in following your footsteps in the health care industry?
    * How can our audience contact your pharmacy directly?

Dr. Garvey R. Pinkston II comes from a long line of influential pharmacists. Earning a professional doctorate in pharmacy from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Pinkston is determined to continue preserving his family’s legacy in health care. With chain pharmacies popping up on street corners nationwide, the need for local home grown pharmacies that care about customer satisfaction is necessary now more than ever. Complaints are increasing nationwide regarding issues with customer relations at big chain pharmacies more frequently in the past decade. One recent customer complaint relating to a big pharmacy chain reads, “The customer service was terrible, I asked to speak to a manager, and when he came to find out what the problem was, it didn’t get any better from there.”
To combat the negative encounters consumers experienced at big chain pharmacies, Dr. Pinkston established Southern Hills Pharmacy in Plantation, Florida. “Family oriented, friendly, and professional staff. Makes you want to keep going back since you are treated with respect and dignity. Keep it up,” stated Ernie Muirhead in a recent Southern Hills Pharmacy review. Southern Hills Pharmacy is rooted in a legacy and a distinct passion for serving the local communities of Plantation, Davie, Sunrise, and Lauderhill among others. Pharmacy customers are often left wondering why customer satisfaction is not a top priority at their local big chain pharmacies. When asked what initiated the spark in Dr. Pinkston to establish his pharmacy, his sentiments are shared by pharmacist nationwide. “I started Southern Hills Pharmacy after my experiences of working in a chain pharmacy and not having the time or opportunity to provide each patient with the personal care and attention their situation deserved.”
    SaveSave

With advanced treatment methods for patients and an increase in affordable medical care, the pharmaceutical industry is seeing a major increase in revenue. Spending on prescription drugs was projected to have risen to $457 billion in 2015; the current projections show prescription drug spending will increase to $610 billion by 2021. With the need for prescriptions drugs increasing, the concentration on growing revenue for local pharmacies will surpass the need to provide superior customer service to pharmacy patrons. Just ask Dr. Pinkston’s loyal customers, excellent customer service is paramount at Southern Hills Pharmacy. “Friendliness, passion and some medicine are what the doctor prescribed. Southern Hills and the team.
