Use a pencil or pen and write this out on a nice notebook rather than iPad or computer, this will lead to greater accelerate learning as you rewire your brain.

Answer and explore the following questions. My suggested way is to block out 30 minutes and write intuitive answers down. Then a night or two sleep to allow your unconscious mind to join more dots and write down discoveries in more detail. If any question too challenging after 2 minutes move onto next one and return to it a few minutes later.
