Micahel Felder, In The Bleachers, joins us on this episode. Felder is a former division one football player. Currently, he is a college football analyst and podcaster.
In this episode, we have conversations on a wide range of topics with tangents that take us to some crazy stories.
Topics include:
*Parenting and coaching, and why not everyone should be a coach.
*Moving from Chicago back home and how Felder can finally start doing some country shit.
*Why Felder kicked his little brother off his high school football team.
*Stories from our playing days at the University of North Carolina.
*How football saved Michael's life and the impact it makes on young men who play at the college level.
I enjoyed getting to catch up with my old friend and relive some of our time back in the glory days of playing football. If you are a fan of college football, know that these kids playing are just that, kids. Physically, they are grown men, elite physical specimens, but they deal with the same tribulations that all other college students deal with. Yet they are expected to perform in from of tens of thousands of fans who sometimes don't know or understand what it takes to compete at that level.
Check out Hand In The Dirt Podcast that he hosts with two other guys. It's a fun show about gardening, yard work, chicken tragedies, and some football mixed in.
