#4.5: Julie Jara is an Energy Healthcare Practitioner and dynamic international speaker and trainer who has helped many people unlock the natural intuition, sensitivity and awareness of the human body and mind.

Julie took extensive training and worked with Dr Francisco Coll, Founder of Wayshowers College. Dr Coll’s name is well known throughout the world to be synonymous with spiritual growth, high standards and the theme: “If you give a hungry man a fish today, he will only be hungry again tomorrow. If you teach a man how to fish, he has the freedom to use his own resources.” Julie has worked with Wayshowers College for over 35 years offering Life Coaching and training that can change your life, help you to have inner confidence and never doubt your decisions again.

In 2004 Julie became a Certified Practitioner, Mentor and Graduate Associate Instructor with The Reconnection – the international healing phenomenon pioneered by Dr Eric Pearl. Julie has worked with many people through their healing journey, as well as helping others to become healers themselves.

Through her journey into healing Julie studied Natural Therapies, Holistic Counseling, Australian Indigenous Healing, Balinese Healing and Animal Communication. Working with animals is a special interest for Julie who offers healing for animals in person and by distance.

Julie has presented programs through Adult Education Centres, the Awareness Institute, Fox Studios Australia, Radio 2GB, Angel Heart Radio, the Energy of Miracles Telesummit, and has been a speaker at the Mind Body Spirit Festival. Her work has taken her to over 20 countries in the UK, Europe, USA, South America, Africa, New Zealand and Asia.

#2: In this episode Teresa shares a story about death and deja vu that all came together in one feeling moment. You will get some insights on working with the concept of feel, think and act in your daily life. A story is described between two different situations, in two different cities, three months apart, and the feelings that were felt. She creates the scenario and then the understanding of how to be aware of what you feel, how to connect with guidance, and then discerning if you need to act or just be aware of what you are experiencing. Being present in many situations without acting is sometimes exactly what is needed to learn about really being present. You will be more aware of your true feelings after this episode.
