Leadership and strategy are critically important, but it is easy to fight the urgent issues instead of taking on a company's significant and important areas. Plan 2. One Liner broken downa. Skeptic - Doubt self value, doubt value of others, doubt value of community
b. Engage to me means active, action – Does it from realizing you can, engaging implies others are involved
c. More Self worth, worth of others, worth of community

Plan 3. Parts of a one linera. Problem – makes interested or curious – Open a story loop  - The pain - Can you feel it? Maybe you did not know you had the issue
b. Solution/product – Useful because you offer The medicine – Authority, but not play the hero, but instead the guide c. Result -  The success or what their life looks like – no headache or pain and enjoy activities or sleep soundly

The theme of this episode comes back to knowing ourselves and how and where this can best be done. This then leads to the title of the episode, Pursuing Community (neighborhood/ church/ work/marriage/family) and a critical connection to revelation.

The start of my discussion with Marsh Moyle explores the source of the good. The next episode overlaps some items covered here, and will explain why the time we invest in building community is worth it.

Over episodes 3 and 4, I identified two themes: Good / Not Good. Our conversation touches on all the items below.

1.       It is good – love, communal, human, trust, reveal, God’s presence, freedom, wonder, beauty, right sequence, law, nothing between us and God, feelings, dominion, limits to power, self-control, freedom (2), nature of God’s character, rest on trust, abundant
2.       It is not good – alone, not feel, avoid pain, functional materialist, individualism, slavery, lawless, disrupt trust, tidy

The next best step for our business or personal life is not always clear, so a guide can be very useful.
Let's start with the big picture for the podcast, and use it as an example of where we should all start.
When we pick no destination, we don’t have control of the result. 
Episode 1 is here to share the importance of selecting a destination, while at the same time taking the pressure off to try to pick the perfect destination.
Pick a destination so your energy can go into moving closer to the success you desire because you take control.
Some destinations will motivate us more than others, and I know we can identify something worth striving after.
This first podcast episode is really happening. Kicking off the podcast with some vision content. Vision is a good place to start for a first podcast, and any worthwhile endeavor.
