Emily Frisella knows how to get things done.

In addition to being the founder of the Women in Business Workshop, she’s also the COO of 44sevenmedia, the media company that creates and distributes products from her and her husband, Andy Frisella.

Emily is the founder of the stationery company The Paper & Plan Co. and wrote the cookbooks The Fresh Farmhouse Kitchen and The Saint's Plate & The Sinner's Dinner.

She also co-hosts the Curious Me podcast with health expert Mindy Musselman.
