Tracey and John are partners in the Turner Development Company since 2016, where they purchase, fix, and flip real estate properties. Not only have they become experts at flipping homes, they have become full-fledged real estate developers who have mastered the art of cultivating relationships with large companies such as the D.C. Housing Authority, PetCo, and a D.C. Electric company. These relationships have made them much more effective in their industry and community. Tracey and John most recently acquired a 200 acre historic property in South Carolina which is being turned into a community center and subdivision, earning great equity and creating sustainable wealth.
