What is a Land Trust? Why should you buy properties through a land trust? And are they illegal?

If you’re new to property investment or even an experienced property investor, Land Trusts may be an unknown to you. So I’ll share with you what a Land Trust is, a bit of the history behind it, and why I use it as much as I can.

In fact in the past 20 years I’ve bought 500 properties and close to all of them through Land Trusts. So if they’re illegal how did I get away with it? Well, it’s actually because they are not illegal! It’s just that many people know little about them including many lawyers! I’ll tell you about all the advantages and disadvantages of a Land Trust and why I’ve relied on them for my property business.
