On June 16 we had a virtual panel discussion with three highly educated and experienced experts: Dr. Abiola Sarnecki, Racheal Govender and Pierre-Yves Rahari. Structural racism is not only a problem in the US, but also in Europe. In the business world, racist discrimination is usually more subtle and not being recognized widely enough. This is why we want to shed some light on how structural racism might look like and what we can do against it.
