I was going to title this episode "Periods and Poop" and decided at the last minute that as relevant as it is, I didn't like it. 

It's funny that even as a woman it can be awkward to talk about menstruation and pooping, but in this episode of the Her Inspired Journey Podcast that's exactly the topic at hand.
