Portfolio Pulse: The Money Podcast for Entrepreneurs

Ep. 045 - An Alternative Method to Help Your Medical Practice Double In Patient Size - PJ Johnson of eFundYourHealth.org

Listen Later

On today's episode, we've invited Phyllis "PJ" Johnson to discuss her story on building a Crohns Colitis Foundation that helps patients seek integrated health services from clinics when they do not have the cash to pay for these specialized services themselves. We learn from her son's story, Dane Johnson, about his fight with Crohn's, how it almost killed him, and his determination to get up and fight this debilitating disease and how he uses his experience to help others to do the same. As a 501(c)3, she is helping clinics double their patient size and revenue by now being able to accept these cash-based patients through the use of her system, a medical Go Fund Me type site, where patients can accept grants from donations. Once they receive their debit card, they can then go get the services the patients desperately need to live and the clinics can now accept these patients. If you're a doctor that can handle these new patients, you should take advantage of today's episode and the links below!
