TW: needles, medical procedures, & lots of emotions

Our friend Caiti welcomed a little girl into the world five months ago... and is moments away from having a boy as well. If that math seems off to you, just wait until you hear the rest of this story. 

To say Caiti and her husband took an unconventional route to parenthood would be an understatement. Endometriosis, IVF, gestational surrogacy, lactation induction — the works. Her story is one of heartbreak, perseverance, and in the end utter joy. Like Caiti says, "everything is figure-out-able."
