In this episode, we’re talking with the founder of Inspired Senior Care, Leslie fuller about what language to look for when you tour a senior living community.
Leslie has her master of social work with a focus in gerontology. She worked in senior living for many years as an executive director then a regional dementia care manager. Today, she helps senior living communities communicate with their residents and staff to create a more resident focused, positive and welcoming community.
