On episode 116 I am joined by Academy Award-winning actor and best-selling author Matthew McConaughey.

Matthew’s book Greenlights is up there with one of my favourites of all time and it was an honour to spend time with him discussing stories and experiences from his life.

Matthew is married and a father of three. He co-founded with his wife the just keep livin’ foundation in 2009 which helps at-risk high school children be better in their mind, body and spirit.   In 2019 Matthew became a professor of practice at the University of Texas, as well as the Minister of Culture for the University and the city of Austin. McConaughey is also a brand ambassador for Lincoln Motor Company, an owner of MLS soccer team Austin FC and the co-creator of his favourite bourbon on the planet, Wild Turkey Longbranch.

There is such wisdom in the book Greenlights and is testament to the depth Matthew went to connect to his life experiences. A life that has evidently been well lived thus far!  Be sure to get your copy of Greenlights, physical and audio – both are equally special in their own way.
