For years, I've been trying to figure out how to simply believe in myself and the work I've done. Coaches and friends would tell me to look at my training log when I doubt myself but it's never helped that nagging feeling that what I'm trying to accomplish is impossible and unattainable. Instead of trusting my work, I wait for a miracle or the perfect day.
