This week I am joined by David Florence, wellness consultant, breath work coach and host of “The Evolution of Dave” YouTube channel. On a night out with his work colleagues, David got a bang to his head that left him out of it for six hours but this served as a catalyst for change as he began to search for better mental and physical health.

David began documenting his journey on his YouTube channel as he experimented with many tools and techniques to improve his health and as the channel nicely describes, as he evolves, his community evolves too. His channel has amassed almost 1 million views.
