In today’s episode, we begin our study on the Gospel of John. There is so much packed within the first verse, this is all we were able to cover today. We dug into word meanings, a few cultural items were thrown in, and many cross-references were brought in as well. John gives us a powerful picture of who Jesus Christ is within this book. We focus on the person of Christ, the work of Christ, and the identity of Christ.
