Today, we finish chapter one and then enter the 2nd chapter. We may have changed chapters, but the quality of the material didn’t change a bit! Paul spoke of how the power of God works in him mightily, and he also spoke of the burden he had to reach the churches. He wanted to comfort them of their full assurance, and of their understanding of the mystery of God. He mentioned something very intriguing as well. He said that all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Christ. In our Q&A segment, we answer a good question: Is it wrong for Christians to have heroes they look up to?
We want to encourage you to give this powerful study a listen!

Today, we discuss a mystery that has been around for ages! The good news is that this mystery has been made manifest to God’s people, and it has made known the riches of His glory among the Gentiles. Our hope of glory is Christ in us, and now we have been given a job to do. We are to warn every man, and tell them about Jesus. Paul did this to the best of his ability, and we are to do the same. In our Q&A segment today, we answer this question: I recently attended a wedding, and I noticed that the vows had been reworded from what I remember in our wedding, and the part about the wife submitting to her husband was nowhere to be found…can this still be viewed as a biblically correct wedding?
This is a very challenging episode, and you don’t want to miss out on the blessing God has for you in this study.
Come on and give it a listen today!

Today, we felt led to tackle a subject that a lot of people are dealing with today. As a matter of fact, many families are struggling with this sin that seems so prevalent. What is lust, and can you truly conquer it? Is there hope for people who are bound by this sin? Where does it lead to, and what can one expect? We talk about all of this and much more in today’s episode.
This is one study you don’t want to miss!

Today, we talk about our need to continue in the faith, being grounded and settled in our faith. We are to never move away from the Gospel, of which Paul was called to minister. We talk about how Paul viewed his ministry, and how he suffered so much for the Gospel. He believed he was called to fulfill the will of God by preaching the Word of God. In our Q&A segment, we were asked a really good question: Our pastor stresses the need for us to witness and try to get people to come to church… is this really necessary? If people truly wanted to come, wouldn’t they do it regardless?
This encouraging episode will benefit every believer, and challenge every unbeliever, so we invite you to listen to it today!

Today, we talk about some more amazing things that Paul told the Colossian believers! He proclaims that Jesus made peace through the blood of His cross, and reconciled all things to Himself. We who were alienated from God, and were His enemies, have now been reconciled to God through the death of Christ. Because of this, we are now unblameable and unrebukable in His sight. In our Q&A segment we were asked an interesting question: With the election coming up, I am not comfortable voting for either candidate, because they are both ungodly in my opinion… is it wrong for me to vote this time?
We talk about all of this and much more… we feel you will miss out on a lot unless you listen to this episode, so go ahead!

Today, we bring you another Q&A, and it is our 2nd one dedicated to the Holy Ghost in the past few months! This is our 24th Q&A, which marks our 2-year anniversary of doing these fan favorites. We felt it appropriate to celebrate by using the remainder of the questions we have received regarding the Spirit. We were sent some really good questions, and a few of them were a little challenging. We feel very confident that this episode will delight you, while we pray that the answers will bless you.
We want to encourage you to sit back and enjoy it!

Today, we have the pleasure of going over some of the most powerful verses one can read! We talk about how it is by Jesus all things were created, and that includes in heaven and on earth, and things visible and invisible. Everything was created by Him, but also for Him as well. He was before all things, and it is by Him that all things consist. He is the head of the body, He is the firstborn of the dead, and He is to have the preeminence. In our Q&A segment, we were asked an interesting question: Were Adam and Eve Jews?
We feel this study will be a blessing to all who listens, so go ahead!

Today, we continue our deep examination of this beautiful epistle, and we only get through one verse! Don’t worry… we don’t spend our time repeating ourselves, for there is much to look at within this verse. We talk about how Jesus is the Firstborn of Creation, what it means, where it leads some people, and much more. We dove in on the deep end today, and we pull some amazing verses out of the OT that answer a lot of questions. In our Q&A segment, we answer the question: I recently read a poll that says the divorce rate is about the same within the church as it is in the world… Is this true? If so, how does serving God pay off when it comes to marriage?
Don’t just stand there… get this thing going... we believe this episode is one of our best ever!

Today, we change things up a bit, and the occasion called for it! This episode is a celebration of our 3-year anniversary in doing this podcast! When I say we changed things up, I mean it. We set down for an interview today with Shanea Wilson, and she will be asking us several questions. We do a lot of looking back, reflecting, and thanking God for our audience which has helped us make it these 3 years! This isn’t a humdrum episode… we talk about some pretty surprising things, and we get very transparent.
We believe you will enjoy this change of pace as much as we did, so come on and listen in to it right now!

Today, we dig pretty deeply into only 2 verses, but oh my! We began to see some amazing things within God’s Word: God has delivered us from the power of darkness, and then He has also translated us into the Kingdom of His dear Son. Through Christ we have redemption through the shedding of His precious blood. And through His blood, we also receive forgiveness for our sins. We look at several cross references, search out a few word meanings, and much more. In our Q&A segment, we were asked: My friend and I were discussing something the other day, and we want you to weigh in on it for us… I believe that God has the ability to hate things, but my friend argues that since God is love, He cannot hate… what do you say?
If you want to be encouraged, come on and listen in today!
