It takes a lot of courage to make the leap to start your own practice when you’ve been working for other people for your entire career. But having a mentor and colleagues to help you throughout the process could be just what you need to start!

I’m thrilled to have one of my students from The Bodywork Project, Kori Frieling, on the podcast today to share her experience with the program and the pivot she was able to make in her career.
