In this week's episode of the Vibrant Menopause Podcast, we'll be exploring some of the myths surrounding keeping your blood sugar "balanced" and how it plays in with weight loss. There are three main myths that we'll get into, and after going through them my hope is that you'll have a solid understanding of how glucose, insulin, and weight loss all work together.

  • Myth #1: Eating frequently keeps your metabolism revved up
  • Myth #2: Eating frequently controls hunger
  • Myth #3: Eating frequently helps to keep blood sugar from going too low

Think about what you've heard about blood sugar and weight loss. Have you heard any of these myths? There's so much information out there, but once you've got a handle on how blood sugar and insulin work together, it's much easier to understand the key to unlocking sustainable and consistently effective weight loss.
