Our fifth guest of the season is Lucy Packer. She is an attacking scrum-half who made her first start for England against Wales in April 2022. She speaks about the moment she got called up to the England squad whilst coaching in Sweden.

During this episode Lucy talks about how she came to Quins as a shy, young girl and how rugby helped her come out of her shell to make her the role model she is today to the younger players.
