Since we interviewed her in Ep. 23 (“You Can Stop Yo-yo Dieting & Hating Your Body”), the message of this registered nutritionist-dietitian (RND)/social media star has become even louder and clearer: Life’s too short to keep saying no to wonderful experiences while being trapped in the vicious cycle of torturing ourselves to attain the “perfect” body. This realization has been the turning point in her journey from former ballerina/master dieter/binge eater to BS Community Nutrition graduate of UP Diliman, founder of HEAL, nutrition coach, content creator, and podcaster whose goal is to make nutrition fun, easy, and accessible while focusing on having a healthy relationship with food and the body.
