Dean's Chat welcomes Dr. David Lin currently practicing in southern Maryland! Dr. Lin completed his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from University of Washington, followed by Podiatric Medical School at the California School of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his 3 year surgical residency program at Aria-Jefferson Health in Philadelphia and went on to be the chief resident. Listen as he discusses his experience with the match process and what leaning in and taking initiative can do to help advance your career.

He discusses the vulnerability of entrepreneurship as well as how he maintains grit and determination as the experience can often feel like a rollercoaster of highs and lows.
