Dr. Siri is a certified menopause doula and Clinical EFT practitioner who helps women through the emotional and brain-related changes that happen in perimenopause and menopause. After struggling herself with anxiety, brain fog, and exhaustion, she made it her mission to help other women find their way through this season feeling supported and whole.

In this episode, we talk about what a menopause doula actually does, why your brain might feel different in midlife, and how to work with your body instead of fighting it.
