Fuck it.  Now you know what happened a few months ago.  I haven't even told my kids yet.  It's a super small circle who knows, but here I am sharing it to the world.  I'm sharing it, in the hopes it will help someone else. 
Keep your foot on the gas, and continue your self care. Put yourself FIRST, and keep yourself there.  It's a matter of survival.
